No need of CAMPA scheme in Arunachal Pradesh as it is covered with 85% of forest area . CAMPA scheme is a scheme which can be used by the central government to occupy the vast areas of the state indirectly with intentionally motive . One day majority of Arunachalee will become refugees because of such scheme.
As far as I know Campa scheme is only afforestation scheme to compensate the felling of tree due to rapid development there is no provision to claim the land. Forest Department can't annex your land.
