4:05 You're supposed to set the combination. Usually a pin hole that lets you set it the first time, make sure you remember the pin you set. TSA only accesses it via key.
Nae idea how it all works but - do you guys ever sell the luggage after you have reviewed it? I'm in the need of some new luggage!😅 Love the reviews btw!
Great review. I recently bought MVST luggage their checked medium and my first use was my last because the airport destroyed it where it no longer locks. It’s like they threw it from the top of the plane to the ground the corner was caved in which no longer allows you to close and lock it. I scared to invest in checked luggage like July which I want their checked Truck. Have you reviewed them. I am thinking of doing their July trunk carry on. Any thoughts.
I swear they give the bags a few punches before they bring them to the luggage belt 😂 July are a great brand!, I have reviewed their carry on, only thing I would love to see from July is for the reinforced corner bumpers that they have on their Carry on, implemented onto their checked Trunk, because that's where I find ends up going first! What I will say is that Carl Friedrik has placed strategically moments of aluminium throughout the luggage, key feature being the combination lock, and from just glancing at July Trunk I believe that is made from the polycarbonate hard shell? Just in terms of long lasting, but as mentioned I have their carry on and it is great! I would check out their july.com/uk/luggage/checked/?sand= because they have the reinforced bumpers on those! Hope this is helpful 😊

Looks like you'd get everything into that case ....including the kitchen sink !!!...great review ❤
Thank you!
Thank you for the review, took me forever to find a decent human being reviewing one of these. I'm sold!
Awk that’s so lovely! Thank you 😊
Same! I wanted to see how well they held up after being checked in a few times.
Curious on what you think about large check in vs trunk luggages. Which do you think is better?

@@gearbyorlaigh thank you. My MVST is destroyed on the corners. So yes they really need to be enforced. Safe travels.
For that reason alone, airlines are rough. I am looking to get FPM luggage, either aluminum or poly, just because of the locking system alone.
I purchased a set using your link. Thanks for the video!!
Awk Thank you so much! :)
Isn’t flexible material better as it won’t crack? eg Tumi tetra lite?
Guess depends on preference ☺️
Or what’s gonna last longer repeatedly abused by baggage handlers. 😀
@@gdwfs very true! 😄
