Nitish Ji, there are some issues with UIN, bahut se logo ko problem aa rahi hai. I would suggest to go for GST registration, this is best for long-term business and all India sell kar sakenge

I guess aap customer se prepaid orders sirf lene ki baat kar rahe hain. No Sir, Seller pe paas iska choice/option nahi hota, every seller has to accept both predpaid and COD orders.
