I'm an Ethiopian living in the US. I wish I was be on this historic flight, but I plan to hopefully visit Eritrea when I visit Ethiopia at the end of this year.
I lived in Asmara as a toddler. I am in my late 40s now. I miss the city and my old schools. I went to Santa Ana and Camboney! I wish the two countries were one. We are the same people, I don’t understand the division. My parents are Ethiopians, but they have Eritrean heritage too. Aren’t we all like that? Why do we need to separate? My Dad passed in Massawa when I was a teenager. My Mom and I miss Asmara, it hurts to know that we’re no longer one.
Thanks God! that bring Dr.Abey and his Colleagues..the POWER AUTHORITY. Also thanks that Malilet was finishing their duty and went back to their origin state. Really appreciate them...
First of all I thank God the father TRU JESUS for all the super natural peace ✌️ now all Eritrean in unity as we were tight in sdst now we all going back to build our nation .. Thank you for explaining to everyone about Massawa, the place where I was born. The sand and water in Massawa is blessed medicine to all people. Many times visitors arrived with a walking stick and left without it because they were healed there. When I was young, all people came to Massawa to go to the blessed water in Sheik Negashi Al Habeshi place by the end of the port. We appreciate you our sister for remembering to everyone about us and the healing power of the Red Sea.
Next time please add English subtitle, I don’t understand Amharic but I wanted to watch this program. Thanks for showing Asmara shukor. Btw, abishawel is a ghetto neighborhood in Asmara but lots of love.
Thanks for coming to asmara and showing some parts of asmara ,but you missed the beautiful part of both cities the old city of massawa the market ,tewalet, inda korea ,the bus station and more. Next time you come please try to show the best of the city's so people can have the full perspective.
