Ik this will sound cliché. But there are so many things in life to look for. Idk what stage in life you are at but we all are going thru something. I’m not really good at this as you can tell but one random tip I can give you is pick up a hobby. Context btw I’m quite fat and this summer I bought a bike for myself after not cycling for nearly 8/9 years since I was a child and started cycling again. I can say this has really helped with my mental health and when I feel stressed or uneasy I will go out for a bike ride for an hour or two explore further parts of my city, see sunsets, nightlife and cycle through empty night streets. Or even really early mornings I will see sunrise, morning work rush of the city. Even cycle in forests and parks. Cycle in the rain, cold, dark, heat and humidity There’s something about this that really refreshes my mind. Even with all the work I have, my hours of use of social media and binging shows I drop everything a few times a week or few times a month just to go and cycle by myself. I’d suggest doing something similar bikes are really cheap and can do a lot for you. Hope this helped :)
