The action of those pleated skirts never goes out of style. In the last two decades, as "woke" sensibilities have led other colleges to accept anyone as a cheerleader -- the fat, the homely, the talentless -- but USC cheerleaders remain pretty, fit, and vivacious. Which means somebody at USC believes in merit and maintaining high standards for the squad. Kudos to USC for keeping up a fine tradition. Wish more schools would do the same.
And by the way, these are the USC Song 🎵 Girls 👧 😍. Not the USC Cheerleaders. They are two distinctly different groups. The Song Girls 👧 dance 💃 to intricate choreography and the Cheerleaders compete in cheerleading competitions.
