To start a song with “I still remember the first wettin’, filled up with hype and adrenaline, gave that yute a lil leggin, next time was a face shot. Progression” is one of the coldest opening lines I ever heard. It’s like the start of a book or something and the part where he talks about killing the guy in prison gives me goosebumps in how it’s delivered

I told my friends about 5-6 years ago that UK rap will eventually blow up in the US. I’m glad to see Scru using his platform to help expose a lot of these great UK artists to people in the US. More people in the US can name a bunch of trash rappers in the US, but have no idea that the UK has been producing some of the top rappers for time.
