This was so much fun! BUT a little hard to follow, so if you are not so coordinated i would recommend watching and trying the moves before doing the actual workout :)
This was hard purely because I’ve never done fast paced dance workouts. At first I was like I’m not getting a workout what so ever bc I was behind but I just went my own speed & did what she did 2 counts behind her. And kept jumping the entire time. THAT GOT MY HEART RATE UP! It was good to get out of my comfort zone & see what my body could do. Even though I was lost most of the time, my body burned 300 calories in 20 mins. It wasn’t a loss👍🏽👍🏽

Really great moves, it´s the perfect combination of ballet, dance and aerobics, but it would be much more fun if you would count the reps in the dance parts. The sudden switching without knowing what comes next is confusing.

@@conganhle6789 Not really, i dont have a fittness tracker. 20 mins aerobics is about 150kcal, but that´s more intensive. I guess about 200-300kcal.It depends on your weight.

It would be fine if I already knew the steps.... but I'd have to watch a bunch of times for that to happen - too frustrating to flail along not knowing what is coming next (for me). But great energy & fun moves for sure!

WARM UP before doing this exercise. Katia basically jumps straight into it. It is a lot of jumping so you could injure yourself quite easily if you don't warm up prior to starting this workout.
I did a 10 minute warm up but still ended up hurting my knee
Good advice, unfortunately I didn’t see it before, now I can’t sleep because the inside part of my right leg is hurting a lot 😩
The first 5 minutes WAS a warm-up.
Yeah! And rmb to bend yr knee slightly when jumping and landing, it's like a prepare for take off
Your right, it's not good to jump straight to it.
As an ex dancer I loved this! The moves are taught quick but you go through the cycles at least twice so it gives you a chance to perfect things. I’ve done this twice now and I have everything pretty much down. My one wish is the ab isolation section at the start to make room for some more dance but I’ll definitely continue to do this work out!
This is the best cardio workout I have ever done!

Love this workout! The moves change pretty fast but if anyone is feeling discouraged because of it, don’t worry! You can jump or jog on the spot to catch up, as long as you keep moving, this workout will sure get you sweating :D good luck!
This one was hard and eventually I ran out of breath BUT it was really worth it and this workout gave me so much energy to boost my day! Thank you girls!!
This was hard to follow but I liked the constant changes. I liked being on my toes and knowing that whatever I was doing, like it or not, was going to change in a few moments.
I actually like this workout a lot...it was really hard to follow, but I like knowing that there’s something to work on so it still feels challenging the second and third time you use this workout. Also, I turned into a big ball of sweat ten minutes in!
LOOOVE this! Felt like the perfect mix of balance, cardio, and toning for a short workout. And I loved the different styles of dance and the reminders to keep the feet light and activate the whole body.

For anyone having a difficult time following (like me), slow the video down to .75 X the speed. Follow the routine twice like that, and it's easier to get the moves down. I look like a goofball, but this is such a fun workout! I'm not a dancer at all, but I enjoy this a lot. Thank you Katia!

This video has been sitting in my watch later for so long and I finally found time to do it… I loved it! It was pretty challenging but the moves were actually simple and I worked up a nice sweat
This is my first POPSUGAR Fitness video and I absolutely loved it! Definitely made me sweat. The leader was clear and the moves were easy to follow since it was always matched on the left and right sides and it repeated the sequences.

This was awesome, she is such a great dancer! It was very difficult for me to follow, so after a while, I decided that I would first look, then rewind the video and then do it together with her, LOL! So it took me around 40 minutes, but no prob at all, I had fun and I learnt some new moves. Thanks for sharing! :-)
Love your workouts! As an older dancer I put the Play Speed at .75 and works out perfectly for me keep up comfortably!

Looking at the comments you can see why obesity is a major problem nowadays. Ppl complain about a free workout to help them stay in shape. GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE!!
Anyways, THAT WAS AMAZING!!! OMG THE ARABESQUE MOVEMENT ALONE GAVE ME THE THIGHS AND BUMS I'VE ALWAYS ASKED FOR!! Seriously, this workout was great. Hard at 1st bcs the movement change is too quick but once you get used to it and know whats next, IT IS PURE SWEAT!!
Just did this!! Really liked it but was sometimes surprised by the fast change of motions. Nothing bad and probably something I appreciate when I do this the next few days

i honestly love the workout?? out of all the dance workouts i found this the most simple and easy to follow even tho it's a bit fast, but you will get used to it if you've done it a few more times. i really enjoy this and i feel the burn throughout my body! my favorite alongside the hip hop tabata one ❤️

I usually do dance videos for excercise this was the most difficult one I have done yet and it was only 20 min I was sweating so much. This is definitely not for beginners. It's very fast paced I stopped a couple of times but overall it's an amazing workout.

I'm always wary of dancey workouts, but this was just the right balance of fun moves. Got a surprisingly good workout here. Would have liked a bit more cueing/demoing before each move, but they were easy enough to slip into.

I had an awful day but decided at 10 pm that I didn't want to go to sleep thinking I didn't do anything good for my mind and body so I went on RUclips and chose this workout. Not disappointed! This was the best pop sugar workout I've done! Love the ballet style movements, mixed with strength and cardio. Great workout!
First time I did this workout I thought it was super fun but some of the moves were a bit hard to get fast enough. BUT I knew that if I did it a few more times I'd really get the hang of it and now it's one of my favourites because it's quick, the moves hit so many parts of the body and most importantly it's still super fun!

After making a workout, like just the typical excercise, I really feel like I don´t wanna do a super big effort so I came to dance this video again and again cause it just makes our muscles work but it is not too heavy. I love it! So enjoyable girls

I really enjoyed this! It was quick, a bit more difficult than the rest of popsugars videos - but that´s exactly what I loved! Suited me more! It´s nice to have videoes with a bit different level.

This was fun, but the multiple ad interruptions really killed the vibe!!
If you ever done a bounce trampoline workout this is very similar, very good work out just take your time drink lots of water and pause when it get too much for beginners. If you did this routine 2-3 weekly you’ll get the moves down
It’s a high impact workout that gets your heart bumping and your muscles use to working out.
