A visit to Hyper Kidz with my soon-to-be three year old and 8-year-old

So what do I do on those days when it's just me and the kiddos? Sit in the house and get bored...or more realistically end up watching the kids wreck the house and then me getting madder and madder until everyone, including me is crying?
No.
That's why I do something that's going to be fun for everyone. I can't go jet skiing with the kids yet, but hey, hyper kids is fun for everyone!
