1C 50 Inch OHV Upper (South) Trail Going West - Shavano Valley Montrose Colorado

This video was taken: August 2024 - This video was taken for the purpose of recording what this particular trail looks like when you ride in this particular direction. It shows the trail and some of the obstacles that you will encounter if you travel this trail. I have recorded most of the trails in this area. Each trail has its own level of difficulty but nearly all trails can be maneuvered in a vehicle similar to my Can Am Maverick Trail. In fact the motivation for purchasing a Can Am Maverick Trail was these trails. They will seem more difficult your first time traveling them but if you drive them several times you learn how to approach various obstacles, and it becomes easier. An open ATV is easier than an enclosed "side by side." Each trail video is labeled according to the trail markers at the beginning of each trail. Other videos of other trails are available in my "Shavano Valley BLM OHV Trails" playlist. They are labeled by the name of each trail telling you which direction I am traveling. Each video is in real time and will take you about 30 to 45 minutes to travel each way. You can plan your trip by watching these videos. Enjoy the ride.
