    It's really great to see so many foreigners enjoying life in China. In China, everyone only needs to do three things: earn money, take care of the family, and enjoy life. We don't need to oppose the government, because the government manages everything very well. I wish you a happy life and enjoy every good time in your life.🤞🎊

    That numbness in your finger tips are from your high carbs diet, because B1 thiamine deficiency, and high insulin in your blood is behind the thyroid nodules, but insulin is usually omitted, regular blood test doesn't tell the story of it, phytates in the grains will cause iron deficiency, it combines the minerals that makes it unavailable to your body.

      @@melissa_renee Partly true. During early stage (e.g. seedling till flowering) insecticides are used to ensure the soil is totally pest free, after that plastics are covered and they will purposely release bees in for pollination, from then on there would be no insecticides otherwise the bees get killed, all the way till harvest. So there will be more than 2 months of insecticides free period during the lifecycle till they are sold, which is long enough to allow the insecticides to degrade to a very very low level.

    How do you rate the healthcare system in China?

    • @jzvr5842
      @jzvr5842 Год назад +3

      All I know is it's so much faster and more efficient than the one in Canada, there are also lots of treatment options that are not available in Canada. There is no waiting for anything when it comes to healthcare in China. Not sure about Melissa's situation but it's really cheap too for locals with universal insurance.

    • @melissa_renee
      @melissa_renee  Год назад +1

      Not sure what the scale is but just as good as the US at most things. I’m also in Shanghai so it’s probably different in other cities.

    • @jzvr5842
      @jzvr5842 Год назад +3

      @@melissa_renee I'd say healthcare in China is comparable if not better than the US overall in terms of quality, but with way less waiting and ofc, it's also much cheaper.

      i am really confused about universal healthcare in china. i watch quite a few mainland chinese youtubers. in one, her husband is waiting for kidney transplant and they have to pay for it and they are forced to sell their home. in another video, grandpa just spent RMB $50000-60000 on his medical expenses. i think they both have wu-quo. my wife's aunt in Taishan, Guangdong province, her aunt has medical insurance. so i am not how it really works in china. love from canada.

    • @jzvr5842
      @jzvr5842 Год назад

      @@iamcanadianedmonton Not too sure but I think in some places you pay first then claim insurance, insurance will cover most of it and all Chinese have health insurance as a universal basic benefit.

    The first market, aka the Jiashan market, is too overpriced. And that’s very common for the so-called craft street markets in China. That’s why I really love street markets in Thailand with intriguing concept and reasonable prices. Also, I wish ur health condition will improve soon!!!

    My parents in the 80's has been here since the 80's, went to Berkeley made a good life. Now getting to an age cannot take care of themselves, soon no longer can drive. They will be moving back to Shanghai and live out the rest of the days in Shanghai... can't blame them there is nothing here for them. Here it's either self sufficient or outrageously expensive hospice care., and zero social life because everyone lives far away from each other. Lots of Chinese are going back... imaging living in s B&B in WuZhen it's probably cheaper and much more comfortable than a full service care facility here. Can't watch too many china vloggs, I am really sad... we just surpassed 147 mass shooting in less than 3 months here in the States. America is headed in the wrong direction. Those have money still has a good living but living in isolated cocoons, we know where to go where not to go. Aye... worry about my son's future. Schools going 4 days...instead of 5.
