I wish you speedy recover Melissa. I'm very happy to see you and your family enjoying themselves in Happy Valley. The roller coaster is a very exciting project. At the same time, I think Universal Studios Beijing is also a good choice because I like Harry Potter very much.
Rest well and wish you a speedy recovery, Melissa. Have been enjoying your videos all the time and expecting more to come. Thank you for sharing your and your family's life in Shanghai.
We are still up at 3 AM in New England :)....., patients patients and more patients .... It's awesome to learn that you had the R.A. (Radiofrequency Ablation) done! Although those growths are usually harmless but It's better to have them removed. Since it's an out-patient procedure here in the States, so we usually kick our patients' you know what out the very same day instead of putting them up in a 'hotel room' over night :). Hey, have you heard Hollywood is going to do a "Gone With The Wind" remake, and they are looking for a very talented lady / actress to play Melanie Hamilton ???
Happy Valley seems cute! I love your hair that you got done in the way you did! It looks nice. I am so not a rides person at all. I would love a potato on a stick though. We have a "Wild West City" in NJ that is probably like your "Frontier City" or whatever you said it was called. I love the beautiful costumes shown at the one portion of your video before it faded out into you getting some more food. Poop tea is good????? I am so confused. Sorry to hear about the edema issue. I am glad your procedure went well.
This is a private hospital. Most local people in China go to public hospitals which are not as expensive. There are definitely no hotel like rooms for patients in public hospitals.
@@vc3492 The rooms in public hospitals are nice too though, my grandpa was in one in Harbin in the early 2000s and his room was comparable to this one with a private bathroom, flatscreen TV and long couch that could be turned into a bed.
@@jzvr5842 not sure if you have connections in the Hospital or it was VIP rooms costing more. Had family members stayed in the best public hospitals in Shanghai, the service was terrible and the hygiene was subpar. Some patients from other small towns commented that even hospitals in their hometown are cleaner than these in Shanghai. I can write a book about hospital experience in shanghai as locals. It's not all rosy pictures living there and it is my hometown.
@jzvr5842 Your family may have connections with people in the hospital, or that was a VIP room that your Grandpa stayed, or that was the private service side of the public hospital which offers this kind of room. As general public, if you don't have connections or do not want to pay extra costs, you get a shared room with other patients. Some hospitals don't even separate male and female patients. The service was terrible and hygiene was supbar. Some patients from other provinces or small towns even commented hospitals in their hometowns have better hygiene than this supposed to be one of the best hospitals in the country. The above is first hand experience and shanghai is my hometown.
It is not a marriage market. It is a place where parents want to get their kids dates and hopefully it will end with a great match potential. Unlike in the west, people over certain age in Asia usually date with marriage in minds , not just for the sake of dating or play around.
My husband doesn't like it because the coconut milk is really sweet. We both prefer Manner but I can't drink the oat milk here in China unfortunately. But it's good. The price is amazing.
P.S. R.A. is quite a common small out-patient procedure here in the States...., we are not that backwards Melissa :). Hope you did enjoy the last legal high ( your local anesthesia ) :).

Hahaha, yeah I'm not sure about the poop tea but it does taste good. I don't think it's ACTUAL poop... I hope.
14:37 You call this a hospital? This is a hotel...🤩
Glad to see you're back online

haha, blondieinchina aka amy is very popular in china, has over 1m subscribers on bilibili.
By 3:46 in the background the girl says with her loudspeaker, “ Please tidy your hair, wipe your saliva and your tear …” It’s hilarious 😅
Bahahaha! Thank you for telling me. That is so funny.
How does Luckin Coffee compared to others?

Did anyone mention that Benden look like Viggo Mortensen?🤔🤭. btw, get well soon 💪
Haha! No never, but I totally see that! Thanks for the compliment.
@10:00 - that woman eats - you have very little contents for her to work with 😂
That area where they are looking for a life partner is interesting. I wonder how successful it is.
Get well soon.
That's a great question! I have no idea.
