    Had to watch 4 other videos failing to explain what anti-roll bars do before finding this one. Thank you.

    Thankyou this was a great video, the changes in handling with each adjustment was shown without getting too technical. 👍🏼 Cheers

    Another great video. How do you do that voodoo that you do, so well?
    I've seen many a video on this topic and I think you have explained it better than anyone I've seen before 🎉🎉🙌🙌

    So basically the front ARB affects braking into a turn while the rear ARB affects acceleration out of a turn.

    In case of understeer: By stiffing anti roll bar in front will have more evenly weight distribution during cornering to prevent roll , which will increase grip in front tire so why we won’t make roll bar stiff in front during under steer ???

      Not necessarily. Stiffen the front too much can scrub the fronts (understeer)...Basically sliding the fronts cause the roll bar keeps the tire straight up instead of flexing (best way to describe it).

      When you begin to decelerate as you enter a corner, the weight of the car shifts forward. If you soften the front roll bar, that weight shifting will also go more toward your outside front wheel, which will have the tendency to bring the back of the car around on that side. If you’re entering a left turn for example, the weight of the car will shift to the right as you decelerate, which will bring the back of the car around with it.

    How common is it to have front and back with different values?

    • @PowerQ
      @PowerQ Год назад

      Very common, I think the rear is almost always set more stiff than the front

    Stiffer ARB=quicker response of direction change, not slower. Especially the front. There are other things in this video which are incorrect.
