This quote from Abraham Cowley 1655 is going to be my mantra while I am driving my 2006 minivan around the U.S.A. next year. I will treat the van as if it is my house and the beautiful lands here as if they are my garden. Thank you for posting it here. I have never read it before. I wrote it down and I am going to paint a watercolor behind the lettering that I will write the quote with. Now I want to learn more about Mr. Cowley. I also must learn about Geraniums and what they actually are and what you are calling a Perigonuim. Not sure about the spelling of that plant. Last, but not least, I must share with you that since I first found your videos on RUclips, I have always thought that I heard a cat purring in the background. I loved seeing Sammy Bear there purring and sitting close to you and rubbing it in to Jack. Cats will be cats!
Although I am constantly looking back and watching your older videos, I had not seen this one (I vow to view each & every video... eventually). I had to chuckle about Jack just not getting it that your cat adores him. I thought to myself, just like the younger sibling idolizing the elder sibling and constantly wanting to tag along. How sweet!
Jack appreciates the compliments! Seeing you with him almost makes me want a Jack too. The cats are already around. ; ) And yes, my cats like to take walks with me too. Sometimes they even invite me for a walk. And I go. Cheers

I have nothing to wish for with a cottage & self-sustaining vegetable garden like that. Just fitted bar grills on windows and second steel screen doors. I'll be fine with my Dogs and Grandchildren.
