Glad to see Bob back, missed watching him in videos, he just has a great way of explaining and teaching ability, and is easy to understand. Hope to see more of Bob. Also this machine looks like a great like welder.
@@bobmoffatt4133 your videos helped me learn how to stick weld from nothing to decent for a homeowner. I fixed my fence that a supposed professional welded. There was more slag holding the two pieces together then actual metal. It did show me though how strong 2 tacks are at holding a whole fence gate up. Bought a used trailer with the whole gate falling apart, a day with the welder and its stronger then the factory work. Even made a trailer hitch for my tractor and its stronger then the tractors frame. I had a fun learning curve since I'm using an everlast 200sti inverter welder on a clapped out generator that doesn't have the power to run it above 115amps and using 1/8 rods. Your videos really helped teach me a lot and I know I have a long way to go but I really appreciate the work you have done for the welding community.
I welded professionally for 38 years + and I’ve watched Mr .Bob demo welding technique and machines and if anyone watching his videos and blogs will pick up some great habits and knowledge Mr.Bob knows his job! Bob you can be my Brutha n law “anytime anywhere “
Bob, awesome to see you back. Hopefully you will continue with your instructions. My son has learned an enormous amount from you. Please continue..Thanks and be blessed...
BOB!!! Do you feel the love man?! read the comments.... we missed you sorely. how many of us have you taught to weld...? i usually tig... still watched the whole vid. killer machine.
Love that Bob is back. Would love to see Bob try some flux core 030 or 035 on that cyclone as I just bought one and have been testing it out. As a request for another idea for a video, settings for flux core on the cyclone like Everlast previously had Mancub perform with GMAW. Also for a idea for all of your on screen welders. Take one of your 140 cyclones and have each personality attempt to effectively weld the thickest piece of steel as a challenge for one another. This is something we use to do in my welding class 20+ years ago on one of your competitors 110 flux buzzboxes. Thickest was 5/16 with 030 flux and 035 went all the way to 3/8 by one of the instructors. Can't wait to see more from the man!
Bob, glad to see you here. With the Cyclone run it on a manual setup and fine tune and compare the outcomes. I am by no means a welder but I do weld at times at work. I am in my 60's and bought my first ac arc welder when I was 20. My next welder for home use is a used Miller 325 single phase ac-dc hf machine. My first experience welding with dc and a "real" welding machine. When I struck that rod I was amazed for the first time in my life at a weld bead that I made. At work I tig weld and after watching yours and Jody's video so much when I light that torch and watch the puddle it is like me watching those videos. Thank you.
My first was the Lincoln 220v tombstone in 1975 when I was 18....learned in high school back in 1973....I've since then have a Miller Syncrowave 220 tig and 4 roller head wire unit, Hobart Handler 220v, and recently the Klutch 200i multi process...now I can run flux core for fixing fence panels in the wind and other things that break on the ranch. Inverter technology is lightweight and portable, plus runs on both 220 & 110v
Just bought one of these, amazed by the power it puts out with flux core on 240v. People at everlast are great, they helped me out with multiple issues and were very gracious. Lifetime customer for sure.
Bob!! Glad to see you back on you tube! I've really enjoyed the things I've learned from you and your videos. Definitely has helped to up my stick welding game, thank you! 👍
So good to see ya Bob. Like other commenters you have taught this novice a lot about welding. I'm looking forward to more videos from such a great teacher.
It's amazing what can you get for the money with these import machines! The inverter welder technology is getting more mature day by day, and so you can get way more features and performance compared to even 2-3 years ago with the same quality and for the same money.
Just ordered an Everlast 200ES, (Dec 2022) based on this video. Hopefully will impress me as much as it has impressed Bob. I have had a Everlast 200dx TIG for about 10 years now and it has been wonderful. Everlast has a good name in my book. Thanks for the video!
Just ordered the Cyclone e200 last night! I found thist brand on youtube reviews. My first welder was the Power i Tig 201 i love my welder and ive learned so much with it in the past year that i think im ready to go in a little deeper with the PowerTig 200DV next and a PowerPlasma 82i soon!
Scrolled down quite a bit and seen 100% positive feedback on seeing Bob again. Wow! How's that feel, @Bob Moffatt? Great hearing your voice again, with that brain of yours fueling it. Thanks Bob & Everlast! Looking forward to hearing more. I bet Everlast had a spike in subs after this video posted up. Aloha
I have the 200es. Im not a mig guy to be honest but it does a great job honestly. I usually use stick or tig at home or my full time in a pressure vessel shop. It does great so far on anything i want to use it on. You and Jody are my guys on youtube when it comes to machine trials for sure
If you gonna listen and learn from someone... this is the voice I’m willing to listen too... it’s handy that the information is accurate and has insight that was earned and not guessed

Yup glad Bob's back up on the Tube....i tell yah, if he had of been teaching in the school i was at, many moons ago, i would have become a welder instead of what i do today....informative, interesting and funny....i may even buy a "green" machine as i'm looking for a new welder.
Richard, no need brother. You just won our Black Friday GAW. You'll have a PowerTIG 185 DC and Nova package coming your way. Let us know your email and we will reach out for shipping info.
Agreed !! 100% I’d like a 240volt machine for the simple reason less ohm resistance less energy consumption. Yes the trade off is convenience but ya I’m impressed with that machine! I’ve used several trade name machines where day one is perfect and it’s downhill from then on. So there’s that too. Subbed for sure👍
BOB’S BACK! The world is right again.
I couldn't have put it better myself.
Glad to see Bob back, missed watching him in videos, he just has a great way of explaining and teaching ability, and is easy to understand. Hope to see more of Bob. Also this machine looks like a great like welder.

Finally, I can get interested in welding again! Missed seeing Bob on RUclips. He's one of, if not the best RUclips weld personalities.
Amazing how well Bob presents. Keeping it interesting whilst explaining his thought process and showing how to dial in that machine just right.
Real Good to see Bob looking well.........AND I learnt something..... ,as always, .......Greetings from BALLYNAHINCH Ireland

Sounds nice. Like to see the experimenting.
I never got to run much 0.023 wire. Most of my welding was 0.035 and 0.045. That would be a great option to my old Millermatic O-200 machine.
Nice demo and good info. Like these videos showing how the machine really works.
