As far as I know, she studied guitar on an academical level and just knows all relevant methods already to achieve certain moods and effects. Any experiments (on Miyako's side by trying how to play best) would have only been worse and a waste of time, I suppose. What a sign of maturity or even greatness of character on Miyako's side, to step a little bit into the background technically, in favor of the song to be played in the best way possible, and to the favor of its impact on the audience.
