OMG, I can't believe you had to go through all that after just having given birth! I'm so angry when people don't understand this is what happens when countries have "free" healthcare. Newborns and women in the 4th trimester suffer because of burnt out nurses and doctors and crappy bureaucratic protocols.
They treated you that way because you are young. Even though this is your third baby, because of that fact they will treat you like you are dumb. I’m sorry you had to deal with that.

You have every right to ask for a new nurse. That is your baby. You don’t need to let anyone touch your baby, no matter their job title.
