The artifacts are more likely the case. Mappa Mare *is* sub-optimal, but if you look at the attack values from yours and a 5 star the difference would not account for a 7k gap. Even his poorly rolled artifacts (from his PoV) have good substats all of that seriously adds up very fast.
Are you also using the Retracing Boliarde set? Its 4 piece bonus gives you +40% dmg when shielded, and Crystalize shields count as well. If you dont have the 4 piece set bonus then this seems like the reason youre missing out on so much damage
@@beregg9159 shield for the corresponding element, i don't think you can Crystallize geo to drop a geo shield. it will only works to other elements besides geo.

I've the exact same dilemma! My ng is on c2 and I wanted it to hit c6 but then... i'm 21 rolls away (69th roll currently) from the pity and idw a childe.. It's 100% childe for me if the pity activates :'(
I had no idea the pity carried over to the next banner, i thought it resets

Did you happen to take note on which artifact set is strongest?
@@joshuaweidner8267 its depends on how often and reliable you can launch 3x normal atk + charged atk, versus how fast you can spam you burst (max 12 sec) in a fight. as long as you can consistently do a 3x normal atk + charged atk combo in 4 sec, the total dmg done is far higher than her burst in those 12sec span. 12 sec if you can consistently burst every 12sec, so even more recommended if you can't consistently burst every 12sec. and vice versa, if you hv a very small window to launch a normal atk + charged comboes, its better to rely her burst more, hence a 2 set petra + 2 set noblesse are better.
The ultimate Ninnguang...however she has 1 major weakness: Level 1 or higher Geo Slimes...
Ya the fact elemental enemies can be completely immune to a damage type makes setups like this useless when they meet enemies of their same element....in single player you can get away with this due to having other party members (unless you went crazy and did a 4 same element team lol) but in multiplayer this can likely screw some people over...i know i got screwed in the Crucible when pyro mages came out and i was using Xiangling, had to leave him for someone else cause i couldn't do jack shit to its shield. Catalyst users in particular get screwed as they always deal their element damage and don't even have the option of using normal attacks that deal no element damage like the other weapons.
As long as the other guy did their parts then it was still all good. All it meant in the crucible is that your role changed into a runner. Even though you couldn't handle the pyro mages in that situation you can still do something by running elemental particles back. You weren't really screwed. Sometimes got to let other members contribute to the group. If you have party members do nothing that's when you are screwed.
Ningguang only weakness is that slime and the geo hypostasis .. Other than that even the geo giant boss got easily loss it's shield using ninguang but as you can see even in the event it's so rare to find geo slimes

@@ambersdarkfox Ironically enough i got stuck with that role during the Crucible event for one of the teams i got matched with but not because of element issues on shields/resistant enemy but because the rest of the team got glitched and couldn't pick up and deliver the orbs and only i was able to...that entire round i was running around like crazy grabbing orbs and dodging enemy attacks (mainly the elemental imbued arrows that could cause reactions that would get rid of the elements) while the rest of the team were my body guards...we were all laughing the entire time in the text chat lol....god that event was a disaster in many ways, funny as hell with this type of stuff happening, but a disaster nonetheless.
@@ifrit1937 I never had it to glitch out on me but I would enjoy being more of a runner. Though to be fair I didn't really go that heavy into doing a bunch of runs like I have for the current event. This current event has been really good. Tons of xp, gem fragments, money and books. I need all that stuff. I did also get the crown of course. I could do with more events like this.
Great video. I just decided to build my ningguang a few days ago. I managed to get her to c2 from the childe banner. Do you think I should keep using the windsith I’m building or get the solar pearl? The windsith is what inspired me to finally build her because I’ve never had a decent catalyst. I was excited and then the internet told me solar pearl is better. I’ve got the resources to make it but I can’t decide.
Solar pearl is the best 4 star weapon for her. If you can get it, get it. 😆

You all need to remember...to get this high damage with ning... You absolutely need bennet (cons 1 prefer) and 1 more pyro on your team (increase att 15%) without this..even you have a slightly better artifact than this guy.... Your damage wont go that high.. so dont forget to exchange bennet..since he is in the shop now

I see all video so for now you use gladiator+petra but this shield set is better if you have all good stat? I see nice charge attack damage but less ulti damage and you need all time the shield on you. Also, you need one team can proc more shield, but if you focus on ulti and buff this damage whit bennet+mona, i think gladiator +petra is better. Or not?
Yes! Gladiator and petra is better for now. But I really want to test if I maxed normal atk talent hehe

The solar pearl is the best 4* weapon for her imo, so get it if you can.
If you plan to BP Catalyst for her. Be ready to do that 5x for her xd

Each refine boost 5% into the effect for both normal/charge & Ult.
Capping at 40% which, with Ning C6 effect is a strong synergy

Isnt in better to use traveler instead of noele? Because travelers can give extra 10% crit rate. And you can get the shield from the element shard. Please brighten me.

@@jonnyjoker01 depends on your playstyle and preference. Bolide if you want her basic and charged attacks to do more damage. The latter if you want her elemental skill and burst to hit harder (than bolide)

Ning for soloing & childe for groups.
Should I invest on my Ning? I also got lost prayer too, both stocked. My exp books is waving 🙃. I think my Diluc can do his job pretty well in the abyss with the help of supports. But my Childe without elemental is kinda meh. Klee is already out, it's so hard as a f2p stocking a 5s weapon 😑.

Bruh you know that bennet ULT is affected only by BASE ATTACK and not the green portion that artifact gives right?
Its only affected by BASE bennet atk plus weapon atk.
So you are either waisting resouces or building your bennet wrong cause if you are aiming for dmg you are better of having pyro dmg bonus and crit rate/dmg

Well that geo set and noblig can help with zhong if you decide to get him. Use his ult as cc and burst with ning as your main dps.

if u wan't to make zhongli your main dps. get zhongli a bolide i think, and ningguang can use full set of archaic petra and elemental mastery book. that's what i am thinking

Can someone answer me this please? My ning is also level 80 but her base Atk is 580 but in this video she has 720 as base, that is a huge difference. I don't have any 5 star items on her but I have max level 4 items, but to my understanding that shouldn't matter, because base stats are well base haha everyone should have the same, can someone please tell me why my ninguang its so much weaker?

Is she just good in a gimmicky way or is she genuinely amazing? Cause I have her and I been thinking about putting her on my team, but I'm not sure how much I'd have to invest and if it'd be worth it.
i want to say that she is genuinely amazing. maybe you want to look at my other videos before build her. it depending on your play style too hehe
She has great single target DPS but struggles vs large groups. She is also very tanky and easy to play. However she won't deal as much damage under perfect conditions as your other top tier characters. But you rarely have perfect conditions in harder content so I personally like that she can keep attacking when other characters (especially melee) might have to be more careful.

Instead of mona, I still prefer Barbara with thrilling dragon. U don't need to build the characters. Only need the book's effect
@@ahmedberylbayanaka1273 Mona is generally better to wombo combo with someone like Venti + big AoE burst characters. Ningguang doesn't really benefit as much as almost all her damage is single target.
It can work of course. Mona is very strong. But whether it is optimal is another question.

@@ItsMeCrist I figured that fighting elemental enemies over mobs will likely due to frequent crystalize. So I just use my Venti and Childe for mobs and Nigguang for bosses

That Arti only works on Full-Unlocked Constellation. Not everyone can Fully Unlock Ningguangs Conste so i Recommend Petra Gear. They reworked its 4-Set Gear Bonus tho.
Still it's for ning support. This set isn't for ning full cons tho.but C1 is recommended

guys literally all that dmg is thanks to the 5 star weapon, thanks to that it has 32%more dmg geo and can have crit dmg instead of crit rate in the hat, so without the weapon it wont be the same BY FAR, anyways good video

Those charged attacks after Starburst were dealing over 40k. A charged attack.. doing 40k damage. Jesus christ.
