Such a privilege to get some intimate time with such an accomplished orchestrator, and what fun to see the reactions to SWAM - that reaction at 24:00 !
The interview had to be edited, but he showed curiosity to use an EWI controller. We showed him many instruments. Some of those parts will be available in a reels / shorts forms.
Can’t afford your libraries, but SWAM goes to Hollywood is a great idea! Loving this series. The Mark Isham one particularly, as followed his career for years.👏🙌
Claudio the S.W.A.M evangelist, converting one musical maestro at a time, it's like an audio-modelling pilgrimage ! 😃 wonderful to watch & hear, long live S.W.A.M !
@@laurentc.1812 of course. All SWAM products and Ambiente come as AAX, Audio Units, VST, and VST3 and support NKS. They are available for Mac, both Intel and Silicon, and Windows. They have been tested on Pro Tools, Cubase, Logic Pro, Studio One, Digital Performer, and several other DAWs and hosts.
The CPU exploded (I just used Reaper to load a set of SWAM ensemble string music). I don't know if it was my fault or SWAM's, but the CPU soared to 60% (if I stopped playing, the CPU would drop). I hope the CPU can be optimized in the next version, because I am quite satisfied with the convenience and sound of SWAM.❤
Unlike sample based instruments, modelling is relying on CPU power. The best thing they could do regarding that would be in fact to utilize the computing power of graphics cards.

This was great!… These guys are soooo underrated heros!
Incredible!
Great interview.
Given his clarinet background I would have loved to have seen his reaction to what SWAM can do for that section too!
He would have felt right at home with a breath controller
