Today I'm introducing a video series here in the off-season called the Homes of the Miami Dolphins.
I can pretty much guarantee you that no other RUclipsr will be bringing you this kind of Miami Dolphins news content, So I think I'm safe in calling this series exclusive.
In this video we're going to be looking at the home of Tua Tagovailoa.
As some of you may know, I've been a real estate investor and developer for 30 years. And my wife Robin has been a Realtor for over 20 years.
RUclips is just a side hustle for fun.
So I thought it would be cool to combine those worlds here in the off season.
So let's take a look at Tua's house.
One of the reasons that Tua Tagovailoa has built such a loyal following is because he's genuine.
He's a nice guy.
He's certainly not a diva.
And with a big fat $20Million bonus check when he signed with the Miami Dolphins, he could have bought a home just about anywhere in South Florida.
Instead, he bought a modest home in Southwest Broward County.
If you're not from South Florida, I say modest because many luxury homes here have a price tag exceeding $10-15 Million of more.
Some people have yachts docked down here that cost more than even that.
Meanwhile Tua bought his home in July of 2020 for just 1.6 Million
Today Zillow estimates that it's worth about $2.6million
So Tua has made a million bucks just by choosing to live here in South Florida.

His home is located in an exclusive guard gated community.
Obviously I won't disclose the address.
Dude deserves his privacy.
The home has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms over 4,400 sq.ft and of course, it has a pool
By NFL quarterback standards, it's a very modest home.

Dude’s home looked like the smallest one in the community. Tua takes humility to a new level.
Dudes coming from Hawaii where middle class families are living in a fraction of this house. This guy was living it out in comparison. Also it wasn't clear for him at this point if he had a lasting NFL career. So I think he was being frugal, his first few years weren't the prettiest. rooting for him, so far in 2023 going into game 3 he's looking sharp and potentially a top QB

This is off-topic, but watching the Super Bowl I saw two elite QBs scramble to extend plays or make plays. Tua has a long way to go and I do not believe the Dolphin coaches going to let him do that due to his history of injuries. Yes on beautiful South Florida home.

Barry, use your voice to get the Dolphins to sign D'onta Foreman ! free agent running back from the Panthers. He was the 3rd best running back in the league after McCaffery got traded away. He also ran for over 130 yds. against us when we got crushed by the Titans . He got hurt and was signed cheap by the Panthers. Ended up having a great year last year. 6ft 200 lbs ! we need him !!!

A basement in Florida is extremely rare. I've only seen two, and both were in houses over 10k square feet.
@@jimnora1705 Yep. I was born there, 21 years there. 50 years ago seems only the Gables had those Spanish 2 story homes. All else 1 story, due to the heat. I cannot imagine the energy costs there now.

Barry Cunningham, the "Miami Dolphins Players Crib Stalker"...how'd he get inside that home? jk..That is considered "humble/modest". Bruh...Maybe to the "rich" standards. This crib makes those who I use to delivery to (Judges, Lawyers, Politicians, former Suns & Cardinals players in Phoenix, Arizona), look poor.

Tua's a very modest and private individual, so I'm just gonna give you the layout of his house and back yard because i'm in Real Estate, and have access to listing information. Don't mind the address info....he may have changed that since moving there. 🤫

@@barrycunninghamshow I just think it's pretty invasive to do an entire inner tour of someone's home without their permission, and a misuse of video you have access to as a Realtor. In fact, if it were me, I would contact the State Licensing Board and file a complaint against you. It was a huge invasion of privacy and totally non-football related. If you can't see how unethical this is, then you shouldn't be in the business.
Tell me you know NOTHING about Florida real estate law....without telling me you know NOTHING about Florida real estate law.
BTW...As I've said...I've been in the business for nearly 30 years sooo...
