They should have kept this scene for awareness that its not polite to stare or say things behind a special needs child’s back and family and special needs children are the most special,gifted & important people in this whole entire world and this whole entire community!
Some people are cruel, and we deal with them on daily basis. I've learned to keep my mouth shut, and let God deal with them in his own way. This show is an awesome example of God's blessings. May God receive all the glory in Jesus name

I like the physical and personality contrast between Christie and the mean-girl mom. Christie is dressed in a simple t shirt and jeans with her hair loose, preferring to dress up primarily when going to church but has a _natural beauty_ and still says the mean-girl mom's daughter is beautiful and that she hopes she doesn't end up like her mom, Whereas the bully mom is dressed like a slightly more modest _Jersey Shore_ contestant with gaudy jewelry and drag queen like curls and she just bad-mouths Anna and indirectly _her own daughter_ by saying "I would not bring my daughter out in public like that" which strongly implies that if _her daughter_ was in that position, she'd care more about how she _looked_ instead of her well-being.
I love how Christy stood up to her. Nobody should ever be treated or talked about that way.
