Any% Set Seed Glitched (Internal) Pre 1.9

This run used an alternative dupe glitch which doesn't involve exiting the world making it an internal set seed glitched run. Explanations are in the description below.
Category name explanation
There are two sub-sections of set seed glitched listed in the speedrun.com leaderboards: internal and external. External means the runner used glitches that involve exiting the world either by save and quitting to title or force quitting the game via alt+f4 or task manager. Internal means the runner utilized glitches that didn't involve exiting the world. This run is considered an internal run as I didn't exit the world at all during the run and utilized glitches within the world only. In this case, I used a dupe glitch which has you pick up an item in the chest at a specific tick when it explodes to glitch the item, allowing for duplication.
Set seed glitched is also split into Pre 1.9 and 1.9+ where pre 1.9 includes runs done on release versions 1.0 all the way to 1.8.9, whereas 1.9+ includes runs from release version 1.9 all the way to the current version of the game.
Internal dupe glitch explanation
Since I'm not allowed to exit the world at any point during an internal run, I had to use an alternative dupe glitch method that doesn't exit the world. This particular dupe glitch method involves TNT and a chest. By grabbing an item from the chest right as the TNT explodes, the now glitched item should show a red 0 on the hotbar. This glitch is tick perfect. You can then open the inventory, select the glitched item, and right click elsewhere from the inventory to dupe as much of that item as you want as shown at 3:45 of the video. In this case, I went with emeralds in order to trade ender eyes from a clerk and bow and arrows from a fletcher.
Thoughts on the run
Randomly remembered one day that you can use TNT to blow a villager house for wood which is what kick-started me coming back to this category. Also skipped making a bucket for an iron axe which skips mining the trees at the beginning. Got the internal dupe glitch first try as well saving time over my previous PB which got it second try. These improvements allowed for much faster overworld from my previous PB, saving over a minute. Sub 7 is possible for me on this seed as the end fight in this run was relatively slow. Considering this only took a bit over an hour of grinding, I'll take it.
