That instructor in second story is so unprofessional. She was abusing her position, abilities and knowledge. It’s sad. That girl seemed nice until she had breakdown. It just pushed her over the edge.. of course, I dont justify her, but lowkey I understand her

The second story instructor is just straight-up someone I really wanted to get done with. Poor the girl in the second story, I think she joins the yoga class to stabilize her mental condition but ended up losing it all because of just one person damnit.

Stories 1 and 2 teach that you should never bully/judge someone based on size. They're people just like you.
sometimes being harsh to an overweight person can be helpful it might be the right motivation that's how it is in japan they don't sugarcoat especially to men women usually get a pass to be overweight hence the "BBW" term and section of clothes websites and the body positivity conventions for women only pretty sexist if you ask me but that's besides the point the instructor in story 2 was just a dick the girls weren't even overweight so no reason to treat them poorly and call them useless

The 2nd story is a clear example of how NOT to treat a person as well as treat a person how you want to be treated, also where does accountability come in? The officer asked did anything happen between her and the young lady and instead of telling the truth she lies and calls the girl crazy smh you never know what's going on with the next person so please be kind 🖤
It was basically the exact version of the 1st story, except in the 2nd one, the girl survived.

The first story legit made me tear up. It's just horrible how cruel are overweight people being treated.
In the second, at first I wanted to hug Jolie. Theeen I literally started shaking when I saw her. *Scary* 😳 especially because I know in real life a girl who looks like her and has a very sinister smile.
In the third, the sister is gorgeous! Hopefully we'll see her as a main character in a future story.

@Your Stepmom Thought so, but wanted to make sure 😅 she's one of my friends' older sister, even though they look nothing alike. So far, no actual problems with her, even though she's kinda unpredictable (ironically) and has a scary smile. At one party she got drųnk and kissed a few girls, leaving their cheeks and even necks with red lipstick marks.
For a few moments, I genuinely thought the animation was made after her. From now on, I'll double-check if it's actual lipstick and not something else 😬

I said my school never put me in a algebra class cause they didn't think i needed to be in one, she didn't care. Another teacher at BOCIES called me fat even though i wasn't, lol i didn't know she was my health instructor. God i hated those bitchs.

I find the instructor in the 2nd story more scary than the woman with the gun.
And here is why; Because she has an absolute toxic mindset in regards of other people, sadly that is all too common.
And that is what's scary about it, it's far too easy to slip into it, she should NOT work with people.

Being overweight and receiving verbal abuse from personal trainers, I especially liked the first story. It’s a kind of cathartic wish fulfillment.

No disrespect but it's not healthy to be overweight at some point ur body can't handle it anymore
Eat better. Eat low calorie foods that are filling. Prioritize vegitables since you aren't power lifting and protine doesn't need to be the main focus. Plants will keep you hydrated as well as being low calorie and filling. Drink a lot of water and don't overwork yourself at first. Build up to a good routine. When you feel like you can move or do things easier, try to push yourself further when you start feeling tired. Stay consistent and don't have any cheat days for the first month. Then you can have one every other week if you want so long as you don't overdo it.
DON'T TRY TO TARGET FAT LOSS. Thats not a thing. You can't target fat. Just to a variety of exercises. Preferably getting your whole body moving. Go to a gym too. Screw personal trainers. At the gym, nobody is going to judge you if you're working out. Gym culture is a lot more friendly than people think. Most people are too focused on their own workout to even pay attention to you. Don't be afraid to ask for help and don't expect to loose 20 pounds a month. It can be slow. Its definitely difficult. Just don't ever give up. It will benifit your health, make your life easier and benifit your mental health.
Back to the diet, I like a variety of fruits and vegetables. I try to eat a rainbow through the month. Mushrooms are very good and filling. Oats and Greek yogurt make a good and filling breakfast. You could also try overnight oats with chia seeds. As a protein, I use to eat a can of sardines twice a week and some sort of bean the rest of the days. Make sure you are eating enough, but make sure you try to burn off those calories too. You can safely drop your calorie intake below the recomended to help you loose weight faster as long as you don't drop below 1200. Thats the minimum your body needs a day. Try 1500 since the average recomended is 2000. You can even get small things like resistance bands you can use when you're just sitting at home. Use your arms and legs with them. Walking is is more efficient at burning than running. You can go longer that way.
Edit: also! Make sure you get enough fiver. Too many fruits and veg can cause diarrhea which will make you loose water. Fiber helps your gut biome. Good dried fruit without added sugar are full of fiber. Prunes and dates usually have no added sugar. Raisins are good too. Try to avoid added sugars. I recomend some real fermented saurkraut every so often to get more good bacteria in your gut. Apple cider vinegar in warm water right when you wake up boosts your metabolism. Tea throughout the day is good too. Make sure you're getting calcium. I didn't mention milks haha.

1st story: not really scary but it was more of an a-hole instructor trying to “motivate” his students with fatshaming comments. I also felt like the killer had more common sense than the victim although the lady went too far. 2nd story: unprofessional instructor being absolutely rude, how she used worthless to those who are built differently and not as athletic is absolutely uncalled for (I personally have exercise induced asthma so I am not that athletic) and the killer was so sweet at first until getting too heated at the lady. 3rd story: actually pretty damn scary. The instructor blaming the girl for her clothing though when /he/ touched her inappropriately I just- 💀 I’d happy have a lecture about how that’s ridiculous. Overall; the video was entertaining but it was more of a show how some people can be a-holes and a show in perspective with a theme of that horror genre.

The second story reminded me when I joined a gym. I am not overweight, but I really lack flexibility. My instructor was so impatient, a bully and an arrogant person. Even though I was clear since the beginning and informed them that I am a beginner and never used to exercise often. She was expecting me to be able to do everything perfectly since day one. I could easily tell she wanted me and some other girls out of her classes. She’s horrible at her job. We are all beginners at one point. I am glad I didn’t give up on sports and exercise after such discouragement. I did it all on my own though. F such instructors.

I agree with the first story, no one deserves to be told how disgusting they are. The second story I didn't like because the lady that deserved to be shot wasn't and then she lied at the end...I really aint like her. She deserved that broke arm. First lesson for yoga, it should never hurt, yes, it may strain a bit, but should NEVER feel painful. Just work on the exercise and with determination, you will be doing it after a while ! Namaste brothers and sisters.

The instructor in the second story was trash. How do you cause this girl all this pain and then lie to the police about what you did?
Story number 2 is a cautionary tale about how one should treat people. One can not know the mental condition of people. Kindness saved the instructor's life, cruelty nearly ended her life.

She been sitting on that for a minute 🤣 2nd story she knew this day would come she was ready.
I don't understand why ppl who aren't chubby or obese, think that if they berate and tear overweight folks down that's going to make them feel better in their mind and make them want to lose weight? I'm only speaking from personal experience and witnessing how much more damage verbal abuse grows into mental abuse, and I can honestly say that once I found a way to coincide with my depression and find things to make me happy, I was able to work on losing weight. Then when u start having to buy them smaller sizes(of course lots of ppl love the compliments from other folks, and that's Ok)and for me that was enough to stay on track.

The moral of the 1st story lesson: Love ❤️ yourselves the way you are.!!! Because no one is perfect and don’t worry about what other people think because that’s their opinion and their problem looks and body isn’t everything it’s more to it than that and to be honest none of that shouldn’t matter. God made you that way for a reason so you have to learn to accept it and love it . Because life is too short to be someone else. And remember no one is Better than you based on looks and body. It’s called having self-Confidence!!!🙂☺️. Remember your beautiful no matter what and size doesn’t matter!!!.
