Should the shower be used as a handheld shower too? Because that’s what I was wanting and with the magnetic is it going to be falling off the magnetic strip eventually because my sister has one and she said that it kept falling off from the magnetic strip
While this isn't one of our products, it can be used as a handheld shower as well. The magnet should be strong enough to securely hold the product. If you face any issues, please contact Moen.
The Moen Magnetix shower head pivots on its mount for adjustable spray angles while docked. For further details, you can explore additional information from sources like the official Moen product page or Home Depot's listing for the product. Hope this helps!
If you knock the shower head down a few times which I've done the cover and a plastic ring fall off. Definitely not a quality issue, I would think most people are more gentle with it, but how can I get it back together properly? Not seeing any part that looks broke but not wanting to stay together. Any help would be appreciated!
Our metal showerheads are designed to operate quietly and should not produce any unusual noise. A potential cause for noise could be the use of an improper diverter that disrupts the water flow. If the diverter restricts or redirects water unevenly, it can create vibrations or whistling sounds. Please check your Diverter if possible to ensure it is compatible and functioning correctly.
JUNK: I bought this same exact Moen shower head at Home Depot and when I unboxed it and began hooking it up, I compared it to my other shower head and hose of another brand that I had for 15 years and realized that the Moen hose was flimsy and a foot shorter than my previous hose. So it's going back to home depot so I can get a brand that has a more solid & longer hose. Moen makes lousy hoses. They probably do this with all their shower heads, give you flimsy and short hoses that require washers.

The newer shower heads are super noisy ,Any Idea why ?

I think the shower head in your hand could possibly help with getting the soap out of your eyes 🤣
right 🤨
Is the hose metal or plastic?
The outer part of the hose is made from 304 stainless steel while the inner tubing is made from food grade silicone.
