So glad to help ☺️ I know when you're traveling you're out all day and don't want to carry stuff with you, so pockets are a necessity! Have a great trip if you're traveling!
Nice 😊, hope it turns out great. Where ya traveling to? I just made a fun skirt with a lot of pockets. It will make a great travel skirt. And will be out on video soon. 😄
Have a fabulous trip…sounds amazing! I would likely not have thought about opening the seams to use my machine, would have hand stitched the pockets on…but I do usually find the hard way on most things. I have added a lot of pockets to things…when I have made pants for trips, I have added room key sized pockets within the front pocket, like the coin pockets on jeans, so that my room key doesn’t slide around. Oh, and I really appreciate the tips on ripping fabric, since I didn’t realize it helped reduce fraying. Fab! I had commented about one of my goals being a rain jacket and starting this weekend…that got bumped by making a bike jacket for my husband since the weather has turned a bit nippy here in FL and he rides his bike most days when not on business travel. Greta tips, please ‘‘em coming.Chris in FL
Great idea on the coin pocket. Yes the tearing also keeps it all on the grain so the pockets are placed in evenly and don't pull. I need to add more pockets to things! I know what you mean about things getting pushed to the side that's why I'm doing the challenge! I'm already having issues with my raincoat can't decide what to do with it. 😵💫
Thank you so much, that's exactly what I was looking for 🙂

Love it and will do something similar this weekend. Thanks!
