You put it into words! Absolutely agree! On the other end of it, the skills I learned ages ago that are second nature now (like flow and obi-ani) I've started using as "big stims". Get lots of agitation out and let's my mind take a minute to sort it's shit out 😅
Your technique and you’re… it’s just so amazing and beautiful that I felt hypnotized by the way you spinning the bo such ease ( or at least you make it look easy even tho it’s clearly not 😂) but so much focus at the same time. I feel like I want to start too cause I need some balance and meditation in my life ❤😂
I remember one time, I was spinning my staff in my martial arts class. And I was "in the zone", like in a trance, and when I came back to reality, I was spinning the staff so fast, I got scared. I didn't know how I got it to spin at that speed. I had to slow it down because I was barely able to control it.
Have done regular mediation, but this is easier. Well, in a sense. It's work, but it's not really a struggle to get to a peaceful state or way closer to it than my usual brain-on-fire self. And yea, feedback galore. Like the negative feedback, absolutely, but then also 'omg where did all these veins on the back of my hands come from?' and just the encouragement that every day this is some kind of easier. Something feels like it's less effort from yesterday. And maybe it's weird, but I'm also a fan of 'holy shit that almost hit me' and I don't know why. 🤔
You could NOT be more on point than this!
I love the new hair style. Wow!

Thanks Badass…
You are an inspiration
The power of inspiring others is a potent power. You possess it, the spark. Wushu and kung fu would enjoy your company. Horse stance 10minutes!

Love the analytical mind that take you to focus or pay for not.
totally makes sense - have done archery and a couple other sports that need focus, or things (can) go wrong .. .
Brilliant..Jai shree ram ❤
Very nice pic sir 👍 ❤❤❤
..always follow Michelle's advice carefully 👏😄...
in the words of Tai Chi Grandmaster Chen Xiao Wang.. 'Learn it all.. Forget it all'
Focus she says. As she does it and gives a speech.
So this is what rhythmic gymnasts grow up to be
