Hi! Thanks for such a practical and informative video! Would you mind making a video on how to perform a self oral cancer screening that you can do in your mirror? Every other youtube video explains what to look out for textbook style but don't actually show you how. Basically what your mirror would see - how to check under the tongue, how to check back in your throat without a tongue depressor or any of the tools that a dentist would have. Would be great! Thanks again for sharing your knowledge :)

Hi, the blue handle for the interdental brush are they available to buy? i always find it hard to get the brush in the back of my teeth and think this might help, or I hold the brush too firmly and the brush snaps.
@@elenashahir4846 That reminds me can I use the same bit of floss for all my teeth? I never know If i need a separate piece for the bottom or top just to make sure i'm not spreading bacteria. I thought you just got 1 use from the interdental brush can you reuse?

Hey! Yes you can buy them from any pharmacy or big supermarket. They are great to reach the back teeth like you said 😋
What is the best way to clean these interdental brushes between use?
