it would help you to reduce the size of the brush a little lol because you're zoomed in but this is pretty neat i know people can create really amazing digital art with it too although it's got a very anime style to it.
I'm sure Krita is overall superior for doctoring your image but the darktabke retouch module would have easily handled this and you could have used a path so very easy
Hi Todd! Thank you for the comment! It iis indeed correct that some image alteration is possible in DarkTable (retouch module). However, using it with a path wouldn't appear to work well with an object that needed rounded edging in addition to background clonging as in this particular example. Also, it would require several passes of either healing or cloning, which can be difficult to manage without indirectly impacting another path in play. Still, the retouch module is very useful for some alteration within DarkTable and I really appreciate you pointing that out - Thank you!
In Photoshop you can change the size of any brush by tapping either the left or right bracket keys (to the right of the "P" on your keyboard.) Can you do this in Krita? I find it to be an extremely useful shortcut. Fingers crossed! :-)
I followed the tutorial and the result was clean. Thank you so much!!
