Today we throwback to the good ol' days when the IS2 and Tiger II were the most scary thing in War Thunder...
yeah tis' were when war thunder was not bad
the wooden log has a 0.15 armor modifier so its basically 15mm of steel, which is less than a panther's side skirt

I put a Talisman on my IS-2 1943 and to date it's the only tank I played enough to naturally earn enough XP for an Ace Crew. I believe was 6.3 when I played and that was basically the perfect BR for me, I never really did as well in the IS-2 1944 at 6.7 just because of all the constant uptiers though.
I remember struggling with the IS-3 and IS-4M as well, the IS-3 wasn't bad in a downtier but with all the Cold War tanks running around 7.0+ they were a real pain to play with the same 122 as the IS-2. Such a shame as well as I remember when the IS-4 was still top tier it was an utter juggernaut, then the IS-6 and T10M came along to take the crown and then I stopped playing before the IS-7 thankfully.
And I was wondering how long it would take you to notice that you'd been using the stock round, glad you noticed it in the end though :D
People like the stock round more since it has more HE filler than the higher penning shell. That’s probably why he had it preselected.
For some reason when i played the is2 last i bounced so many king tigers even though they have a better reaload, turret rotation and just armour in general, great vid as always kepp up the good work! 👍

How bout the good old brigand b1, which was the best twin engine frontline bomber(episode 282 of the shooting range ) I think its still the best at it , take it out please, with the concept. Its a good line up , still the British doesn’t have a 4.0 line up ..❤
