Also is there a gap between the gutter and the awning when it is extended? I'm worried about rain coming through the small gap.

Hello, I have the same bus. How do you do it when you have to do something on the engine? If you have to fold back the seat, the kitchen is in the way.
Whats the max height of a person sleeping comfortably face up, so that his head and feet would fit the width of the van ? And whats the WIDTH of the bed ? I'm 1.715m in height, skinny. while my wife is 1.55m and also fairly skinny. TYVM

@@ggsigns Tp finish the end of the flooring/vinyl in the back you have an alu trim piece. In the side by the door step it seems like you have an alu trim piece to finish the flooring. How did you bend that?
@@ggsigns thanks I’d already worked that one out. I just didn’t think the back of the seat would go forward in order to lift it up. Did you make a hatch for the fuel pump?

Hi Glen, yes try these guys for your brackets, www.coastrv.com.au/products/awnings-accessories/fiamma-adaptor-brackets and they sit in the drip rail.

The bed is 1750mm x 1500mm wide, not made for a tall person if you want to stretch out.
what happens if you need to raise the passenger seat to get access to the battery?
You raise it just like normal, there nothing blocking it.

@@pascalblanchet4881 It is 20mm x 15mm alloy and screwed to the timber it will form by itself when you screw it, just push it in to the shape.

Hi Tonia, the back of the seat folds forward, then you lift the base of the seat up.
