Hi Roxanna, I think of you so many times during the day. If I use the cutting board like yours that I got, the foaming soap containers, both are fantastic by the way. But today I was hanging my sheets outside to dry. Something I have not done in years but you got me to go back to it again. Tonight the sheets just have that wonderful clean smell to them. The TV is off more now too. The quiet or soft music is so much better. All these little things I'm doing because of you, they are wonderful improvements in my life. At 81, I am not too old to learn to make these little but wonderful changes in my life. I think of you often and get excited when a new video comes out. Thank YOU so much for what you do. Your garden is beautiful, and your meals are wonderful. Thanks again.

This is how everyone should spend their time looking for the beauty in everyday life. For so many years myself and most women I know started their days in power suits and running shoes carrying huge planners brimming with long to do lists, flow charts and 5 year plans. Those of us that wanted more would never say it out loud for fear that we wouldn’t be taken seriously in the workplace. Taking time for yourself was seen as a sign of weakness. Thank goodness that you are showing women a healthier way to live their lives, and hopefully men also. Time for yourself and your family is so important. I applaud every person that has said no to a job that expects them to put their families and themselves last. Thank you so much for the beautiful parts of your life that you share with us, it inspires me to seek more beauty in my own.
Oh yes, I know many who are living exactly this way. Never a slow moment and always on the move. Life is too short to make it only about work. It took me a while to not feel guilty. And then I realized how silly it was to feel guilty about living life and enjoying it. Thank you for watching and for sharing your experience 🌷❤️😊

Everything looks so beautiful darling. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙏🏼👏🏼👏🏼There were many years where I did nothing for myself…..I raised my son then he went off to college and I had my girl. I focused on my children. Then my mama became ill 4:41 and I focused on her….. now there is another focus on a persons health issue but this time. I have learned how to make me happy too.
