Destoroyah has no weakness to extreme temperatures. If you saw Godzilla vs destoroyah, you saw that his juvenile form already didn’t care about freeze rays. Destoroyah’s perfect form is far more durable than his juvenile form. He must either be extremely weakened or set on fire and then get hit by shimo’s breath
He is vulnerable to subzero temperatures, normally in situations like this he would simply fly away. That’s why the creator is saying it’s not a serious fight. I hear ya though!
@@CapiReactshe doesn’t have that weakness either. He can survive temperatures more than -50000 degrees. Freeze rays shown in Godzilla vs destoroyah have subzero temperature

Destoroyah was vulnerable to a mixture of heat and cold, but when the cold was separate, nothing harmed it. In terms of heat, Burning Godzilla with his powerful red heat ray dealt damage to him. Godzilla then punched the wound twice and Destoroyah fell. he realized that he was on the verge of death, steam appeared around him and he divided into many small Destoroyahs. Destoroyah has the ability to absorb the DNA of other kaiju, as well as drain energy. The little Destoroyahs were so successful with this that Godzilla's red beam temporarily changed back to blue, but he destroyed them. Destoroyah has several forms. He mutated into the latter form precisely because of the DNA of Godzilla Jr., which he took from him when they were comparable in size to him. Godzilla Jr. defeated him, but the adult Destoroyah quickly took revenge. He deliberately, right during the meeting between father and son, throws Godzilla away, grabs Godzilla Jr., throws him from a height, and then finishes off Godzilla Jr. with a deadly ray. Clever use of Destoroyah absorbing Shimo's DNA so her powers wouldn't work on him and getting stronger as a bonus.
I imagine though that, if Destoroyah stuck around her corpse before leaving he could've absorbed more of her DNA and maybe unlock secret abilities of Shimo that were never used nor explained in The New Empire film and get even stronger that way.
At least that's how I'm interpreting it anyway.

And the freeze rays used on destroyah are colder then shimo.Destroyah having a weakness to extreme temperature isn't a fatal weakness. It just a slight weakness

To answer your question on Destoroyah weakness to extreme temperatures, that is not correct exactly. He’s weak to extreme temperature changes. He endured infinite heat ray from Burning Godzilla. And that’s said to be infinitely hot
Plus burnings heat ray gets hotter by an infinite amount every time its used and destroyah tanked that. So yeah....
