I just moved and bought 3 of the 9 drawer units. This helped...I'm going to make a "Drawer' list before I start unpacking of what goes in what drawer lol.
Hi Jill! No problem. One thing that I thought of later is that the drawers do not pull out all the way so you lose a little bit but I don't pack my drawers full so it is easy to find things. I am glad you found the video helpful! Thanks for watching.
I'm in desperate need of organization video's since I now have my own little place, totally for myself! I don't like to get up all the time to pick up things I need when I'm working on a project, so thank you very much for giving me an idea how to store some things ; you gave some good tips here! Thanks for sharing this video! Hugs, Casey xx
💕Yup, I love this video! I knew I just watched this recently. You inspired me to get a drawer unit, but now I’m confused as to what to put in them. I should have studied this video more, girl!😂
This is a great video and thank you for sharing what you store in there. I have an Alex drawer and I personally love it. I store my most used items in it such as adhesives, stamp blocks, black ink pads, ribbons, embellishments...so many things! I also love your craft room!
Love how neat and organized you room is! I do have Akex drawers as well, although only one of the 5 drawers is close to where I sit. I tend to use the drawers more for card marking so the smaller drawers hold tape runners, foam dimensionals, pre-cut card toppers and bases, etc...the larger ones hold, my Misty, score pal and other larger card making tools. I'm due for a good clean out and re-organize so maybe the drawrs will change! Thanks as always for a well done informative video!
I have two of the large units like yours, but on wheels. I have my Air2 on one and supplies in the drawers. The other one holds my Maker and those drawers hold supplies like chipboard and other thicker items I use with it. This works great for me.
Craft room goals for sure. I only have the wide one so far and I got it in blue. It holds my cricut and all of the vinyl I have. The goal is to get a few of the tall ones to store my waxes, etc. I would love to have shelves on the wall like you do for mediums but I am a renter so....
Omg I know the pain of renting. We did it for almost 10 years. It felt weird drilling all the holes into the walls when we finally bought our first home. Thanks so much for watching!! 🤗
I have always loved these drawers. I don't have these but something similar. And they work just as well. But I love the cohesive look of the Alex drawers offer. I also love all the stuff you have in yours 😁💚
Thank you while I have seen many tutorials on the Alex drawers-i finally decided they my choice - I will buying 1-per pay getting maybe 3- I just spent $173 on one from Beat Craft Organizers- and I like the drawer but I honestly have to say if I could send it back I would based on size and look- but it is mine now - love watching your tutorials 🤗‼️
Hi - I am wondering if these drawers "lock" into the closed position. Considering putting them in a van and I wonder if the drawers will slide out when the van moves. Thoughts?
They don’t “lock” but they also don’t slide out too easy either. I personally don’t see them being an issue in a van unless you are going off roading LOL sorry I can’t give a better answer. But I do hope this helps a little with your decision.
Hi Tiffany! I really enjoy your videos! I’m just getting back into crafting after a 5 yr break. There is so many new products to learn about! Where do you get your word/phrase etc stickers from and the brand names? Having a very hard time finding them here in Canada!
Hi Bonnie. My favorites are from Tim Holtz. I am sure you can search for them. I always have supply lists in the description box if you want to check it out. Not sure if you shop online. Thanks so much for watching!
I have 2 sets like you do. One drawer holds misti, wipes, stamping blocks. Another my embossing powders (why did we buy all those colors?). Another waxes, glue gun and sticks. I do have one junk drawer in the bunch - that's where I keep all the junk mail paper I use for gelli prints and hide my crafting chocolate from my husband.
I forgot to add the ugly truth, I wish I hadn't bought them. No one I know had them and when we moved I left my old desk behind for an Ikea set up. I hate you can't open the drawers all the way since they are so deep. I don't mind the draw sizes, would have been better for me to have option for storing papers in file folder. I have the wider one too and need to rethink that as well. Sorry for going on and on. You asked! 😆
Thanks for watching and sharing what you store in yours. I agree with the drawers not being able to open all the way. It is annoying lol. I giggled about the chocolate hehehe.
I don't know about the narrow ones, but I had issues with 2 drawers in the wide Alex unit I have getting "saggy bottoms." After only maybe a year or so of owning it, & not keeping heavy items in the drawers. It seemed like the back panel may have warped/bowed slightly over time, widening the space where the bottom fit in so the bottom didn't fit snugly anymore. Thankfully, I found a good tutorial on RUclips by a guy who solved the problem with about $10 worth of supplies - ratchet straps (minus the ratchet hardware) & screws. Worked like a charm, & they haven't sagged since! So, I would recommend the Alex drawers, but with a bit of reservation. Hope this helps! :)
Hey friends! Be sure to like, comment and subscribe! Do you already have the Alex drawers? I would love to know what you store in your drawers.

Thank you for putting the sizes of the individual Alex drawers! That was so helpful!
Glad it was helpful! Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to comment. Big hugs!
Thank you for doing this video on the alex drawers and mentioning the dimensions. I have been looking everywhere for those measurements.

Love how organized your drawers are Tiff! TFS!
Thanks so much Stacey!
Everything looks great and you can get to them when you want them!!
Hello Joyce. Yes I try to keep minimal supplies in them or they get too messy and I can’t get to anything. Thanks so much for watching!
Thank you for the sizes of drawers. I’m reorganizing my room and needed to know :)
Glad it was helpful!

Hey Teri! How are you?? Miss you!
Thank you for sharing. I have been considering buying these as well as the larger one.
Hello. Yes I want a taller one eventually but I can't stop buying craft supplies hahaha! Thanks so much for watching!

Hi Belinda! I just got a Air 2 I’m excited to start using it. I have some videos in the making. Thanks so much for watching!
Very organised & tidy! Thanks for sharing
Thank you so much 😊

@@Tiffany.Solorio very welcome sweetie! 💙
Thank you for putting the measurements!!! I've been scouring the internets!!! But I wanted to know about the six drawer unit 😩
love how organized these are💕
Thanks so much!
Hello. Thanks for all the tips. May I ask.... What is the corner unit that you have? It's not an Alex, is it? Thanks for your time 🙏🏻
I love, love, love mine!
Thanks so much for watching!!

Great video friend! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you Heather!
Your room is so pretty 😍
Thanks Lanette! I haven't been creating so it has stayed clean LOL!
I have 7 of them in my craft room and they are perfect and budget friendly. The assembly is time consuming though.
I want a couple more eventually. My husband put them together so I don't know the pain of assembly lol. Thanks for watching!
I wonder if this would be ok to store 3 oz bottles of fountain pen ink
I don’t have these drawers but they look really nice! (Also, great video! I can see all of the hard work you are putting into your content!)❤️
Thank you so much!

Hello! Would you say these are durable and sturdy ?
Yes. I have had them for many years. I hope that helps.
