Cheap homemade powered wheelbarrow (dumper from the dumpster)

Our homemade powered wheelbarrow gets its barrow part and now its not just a goofy backwards 3 wheeled lawn mower. Why is it called a wheelbarrow and not a wheelbarrel, they are just a half barrel with a wheel on it right? Think about that for a while.
