Wow, I am working as a Test Engineer in Hyderabad in a gaming company. Even I don't know that much theoretical knowledge and types of testings. They only expect that a candidate should have great attention-to-detail capability so that they can find issues in the game.. and over a course of time build interest in the gaming field while working. Along with this, knowledge of testing is required to follow the testing procedure that company uses. Being a 5+ yr exp holder in game testing field I can say this is one of the interesting field to work on. All the best :)

Hi sir I'm 2 weeks old into software testing self study. 2 weeks ago I stumbled on this video so I watched it for like 10 minutes to know what the questions look like. I didn't understand it and didn't know if the lady on the video was good or not. After just 2 weeks of self study I came back here today and watched the full video. So the farmer has to change the pesticides Once the older pesticide is not effective. Same principle on software testing, when the same test cases are used over and over, you will not find new bugs. So we need to update the test cases. Pesticide - a substance that kills bugs Paradox - contradiction
Little correction....When we use same pesticide again and again, pests(bacteria,insect) will develop resistance against it hence they will not be killed

According to me I used to answer the questions correctly but I was unable to impress the interviewers. The companies where I managed to crack interviews were not willing to pay me more than what I was already earning. All this led me to quit IT.
@@explore_with_sagan9596 I moved to Govt sector but still I feel that if I had such privilege back then I would have stayed in IT sector. I stay very far away from my home with no scope of transfer to my hometown or any nearby area. I miss my family. I used to stay at my home while I was in IT and it was good. Salary in govt is very less compared to IT.
