Love those earrings! I now have very short hair so have a reason to wear them. A beautiful collection of jewellery. I now understand why you know so much about jewellery. You have had, and are still having an amazing career. Viewers are privileged to be able to tap into your knowledge x
I think this is a very favorite show now !! I really enjoyed the silver and estate jewelry. I collect a few of both here in Missouri. I hope you show more soon. I also collect red and white and black and white transferware. Loved this show !!
This means so much! I appreciate you watching. Coming soon on the channel is the Carmine Dance Hall Antique Show with a variety of Sterling silver, porcelain, estate jewelry, rare items, and special collections.
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. You always provide such great insight, knowledge and expertise. Your Sunday drops are always the best way to end the weekend and start the work week! I've been debating about going to Marburger Farms, as a seasoned shopper (over 30 yrs) of the Round Top Antiques Festival, but now you have solidified my decision to attend. Again, I've been inspired by you and will definitely look for the estate jewelry and silver vendors on this episode during the Spring '25 upcoming show!
My great grandmothers family buried their sterling silver during civil war- she was born the year after war - family later dug it up and I have a few pieces. This was in Arnaudville, Louisiana
So many beautiful pieces ✨That cutlery box 16:35 was an interesting design to prevent the pieces from scratching with the “ladder” type slots for stacking. Never seen that before. Thanks for elevating my afternoon ❤
Hi Mary Beth, Wow 30 yr anniversary next year! Amazing. A gold bangle bracelet would be a perfect item to add to your jewelry collection to honor the occasion. Have a great week.
Showed my husband the diamond Art Deco pendant in the video and how I liked it. He asked why I didn't get it. Did not even inquire about the price. Thanks for watching and wishing you a wonderful week as well!
Thought of you with the Earl of Egremont's Sterling pieces. Heard that an Englishman purchased some of the English silver to take back home. Thanks for watching!
Mary Beth thank you for another wonderful video! I especially love this one for multiple reasons. First of all, the name of the venue, Marburger Farm, is that from a Texas German a family , or was the family from Marburg ? I have a special affinity for Marburg as I spent my Wartburg College May term abroad in ‘93 there. Anyway, continuing…I have been collecting watch fobs since I was in high school and do wear them still! Lastly, Love seeing the coin silver and sterling pieces! My first love in antiques and always will be! Just found a bargain southern Hyde and Goodrich ( for those who don’t know a pre-Civil War famous New Orleans retailer ) coin silver gravy ladle in my fiddle and thread pattern.
The land originally belonged to the Marburger family, German immigrants to Texas. There are original farm buildings preserved and used for the show on 43 acres. Neat that you collect watch fobs. Thanks for the history on Hyde and Goodrich.
@@LadyMaryBeth Correct. I thought I heard you say that Edward VII had reigned until 1915. What's generally known as the Edwardian Era extends until World War I, but Edward himself died prior to the war's outbreak. In any case, I always enjoy your posts. I apologize for the pedantry.

The short hair advantage with pretty earrings. Each step in my career led to the next wonderful opportunity. Still a Waterford girl at heart.
Antique and vintage jewelry is a great alternative to new jewelry. The quality is so much better in my opinion than in modern costume jewelry.
Beautiful silver pieces - thanks for taking us along 🥰
Still dreaming of all the silver. Will shop Angevine's website to look up their list of engraved items. Thanks for watching!

The amethyst, gold and pearl pendant would leave a dent in your chest but would be worth it. 💜
My husband bought me an antique diamond ring for our engagement years ago❤
Smart man! Estate jewelry has more character than mass produced jewelry found today. Bet you get lots of compliments on your ring.

Edward VII reigned from January 1901 (at Queen Victoria’s death) until 1910 not 1915.
@@mkofftiger The Edwardian period is generally considered to have ended at the outbreak of the First World War in 1914.
