For his debut album, From Hell I Rise, out now on Reigning Phoenix Music, King, on guitar, enlisted drummer Paul Bostaph (Slayer), bassist Kyle Sanders (Hellyeah), Phil Demmel (formerly Machine Head) on guitar, and vocalist Mark Osegueda (Death Angel). Working with producer Josh Wilbur (Korn, Lamb of God, Avenged Sevenfold, Bad Religion), the vast bulk of King’s solo album was recorded at Henson Studios in Los Angeles.

He sounds great on this record. But let’s be honest. It’s Mark doing Tom.

Is Death Angel dead or will Mark still be working with them? Love the Kerry King album, but also have always loved Death Angel (and the last couple of albums have been some of their best - Humanicide, The Evil Divide, The Dream Calls for Blood are all stellar).
Obviously he Is working with them.
Probably next year we could listen to a new Death Angel album.
