- Join Roy, Paddy and me on a shorter version of the Mullardoch munros. With the ferry being off we decided on a walk consisting of just two of the four Mullardoch Munros.
Excellent watch as always, Paul.
Cheers John!!!!👍👍👍
My dogs Lomond and Nevis are glued to the telly watching paddy 😂😂
Ah brilliant! What kind of dogs are they?
Great video Paul. Lovely day out. Thank you for sharing 👍
Thanks very much!!! A fantastic day and some amazing scenes!! Cheers again! Paul
Wow, spectacular views, what a great day. Good to see wee paddy out with you, hes a wee trouper.😊
He was very tired after that walk and spent the next two days sleeping on the couch! 🥴🥴
In the video at 08:15 minutes what a laugh🤣, but what a view from there.. 13:09 minutes what? beautiful postcard😍.. beautiful tracking ☺like39👍🙏
Thank you so much!!! Great to get out and enjoy these mountains at every opportunity!! Thanks very much again! Paul
It's a very beautiful place

Great watch Paul, some area with phenomenal views, beautiful Scotland!
Really enjoyed this, you always capture the story of the day fantastically well.
Safe walking, Duncan.
Thanks very Duncan! It’s a cracking area and I’m looking forward to going back for the other two!!! Cheers for the really nice comments! I try to make it a video for both me and anyone else to enjoy! Sometimes it works! Lol Paul
Thoroughly enjoyed that Paul, your enthusiasm is infectious, superb views and an amazing day you got. “Patrick the tick hoover” love it, take care mate,
Steven 😊👍🏴🏴
Thanks so much Steven!!! It’s hard not to get a bit excited with views like that! Quite a spectacular place! Lots of ticks though and paddy was put under the tweezers when we got home 😂😂😂cheers again and thanks for the support! Paul
Fantastic views but tough ascents..well done to the legend Paddy on reaching Munro 60...any time our dogs would roll over like Paddy usually meant it was scent spray from a fox and super stinking it was...well done to Roy and yourself..excellent video many thanks and best wishes
Thanks very much Andy!! Paddy definitely loves a roll! Snow, grass, heather, roads you name it he’s rolling on it!
A great walk this and without the ferry we thought it was the best option for a reasonable day! Head back to iron lodge to capture the other two!!
Thanks again and thanks for the support! Paul
Poor, poor Droney. 😢 another fine walk and still some snow up there!
The drone is dead! Already looking Seth! Heading up to Skye this weekend!! 👍👍👍👍
Fantastic video Paul.
Thanks Alan!!!
Nice one Paul, Roy & Paddy, what a brilliant day you got for it☀️🏔 some spectacular views up there especially over to the Glen Affric munros.
Well done👍
ATB
Frank.
Cheers Franko! This is a spectacular spot and it will be good to get back and do those other Affric Munros. 31km to do those four without the ferry! That’s a big day!!! Cheers again mate!!! Paulo
@@PAADVENTURES1 think I’ll be leaving these 4 till next year when hopefully the boat is back in operation🚤👍
Brilliant conditions and wow views. Four Munro’s would be a huge day especially if you had to go out and back. Great video.
Cheers again Chas! Yeah without the ferry it’s around 34km I think over 4 Munros. Not an easy day in that heat! Means we need to go back though 🥴Paul
I am a great fan of not getting them all done so having to go back. Look forward to when you do and how you decide to tackle them.
Another great watch, need to change the intro to never in rather than out for a wee walk , love to see all the other Scottish blogger do something together as you’s are a great advertisement for our country.
Thanks so much!!!! What a kind comment! 👍👍👍👍. I do feel like I’m never in sometimes though! It’s so good for the soul that I can’t help myself. thanks again and thanks for the support 👍👍👍all the best. Paul
Well done lads and wee paddy.
Looked a fantastic Hike mate.
Good to see you back out with Roy.

Cheers Brian! The views from that second Munro are spectacular!! A fantastic day out!
Another first call production Paul. Very well captured! Enjoyed that! Cracking day and these look 2 good hills! I will get to these eventually ! 👍
Had hoped to do these as a four Andrew but the ferry is off and it’s a massive day without it! I think that this is a good wee alternative!! Cheers again mate! Heard you had been to Skye!!! Paul
@@PAADVENTURES1 yeah Paul. Been out 3 times in last few weeks. 1 new vid now out and 2 to follow soon. Did 2 on Skye last week. Amazing. Are you heading over there next month? You doing them all over a few days?
Over here the now Andrew! 3 days in and two to go!! Skye is amazing 👍👍👍👍
@@PAADVENTURES1 Brilliant. Hope your get good weather and enjoy the hills. Look forward to your vids !
Brilliant video Paul😍👍..Looks a superb hike 😁🥾..Fancy camping down at that Lochain..Looks a cracking spot ..I really enjoyed that mate 😁

Robert
Cheers Robert! What a spot! The only thing is that it was hoaching with ticks!! Paddy had them all over him! Fantastic walk though and those views! Amazing 🤩
@@PAADVENTURES1 The old ticks. .Nightmare mate.
Another great video! You’ve been blessed with good weather lately which is great. I did the next Munro as well, and then I did An Socath from Iron Lodge in Glen Elchaig another time. Even the three was a big day. Affric, and Strathfarrar, along with these hills are big boy’s days without a doubt. As always, thanks for sharing Paul!
Thanks very much Graham. If the ferry was available I would have definitely went for the four of them..given the long walk along the loch I think this is a great alternative. Hoping to head to iron lodge to do the other two so any info you have would be appreciated! Yeah I’m looking forward to the strathfarrar four and I have watched Charlie McCartneys video recently and it looks amazing! Big days as you say! Thanks again and thanks for the support!
Paul
@@PAADVENTURES1 So, I left the bike at Iron Lodge and walked up the path toward Loch Mhoiceam, then crossing the burn before the loch and ascending to the Bealach between Carn an Breabaig and Meall Shaus. At the Bealach I swung left up the latter and then over to An Socath. If you were to take in An Riabhachan as well then best option would be to retrace your steps I think. Alternatively you could return to the saddle before An Socath and then contour round An Socath, or even drop down to Mullardoch to pick up the track back to Iron Lodge, although I’m not sure how good the track is on the north side of Loch Mullardoch. From from your video, it seemed much better than I remember it in 1986 but I don’t think it goes all the way along the loch. I have walked and cycled up Glen Elchaig a few times and it is a lovely Glen. I still have the two Corbetts to do near Iron lodge, which I hope to do next year. Good luck which ever option you choose.
Looked like a cracking day for the walking and weather Paul, brilliant views aswell, just relaxing in sunny tenerife watching your video.looking forward to middle next week get back up the hills. ATB Ally
Cheers Ally! I wish I was in sunny Tenerife the now! It’s full here in the well! Heading up to Skye this weekend though so send over some of the Tenerife sunshine ☀️ for me 👍👍
Will do paul fingers crossed you get the weather as the scenery up there will be spectacular. I'm looking forward to seeing your video. ATB Ally
Cheers Ally!!!
Brilliant route Paul I enjoyed the video I did these as part of a three day backpack around the loch doing all 12 Munro’s it brilliant but very hard so it was nice to see your decent route lovely ridge and Lappy is a great viewpoint excellent mate
Cheers Andrew! That’s a massive adventure. I looked at various options and with limited time deciding on Roy’s route. Will probably do the other two from iron bridge I think???
Yes good idea my video called Munro bagging again April 2021 shows the route we did but it was hard iron bridge is good and there used to be a guy running walkers up the loch in his boat for a fee to foot of An Soach but think he’s stopped at moment anyway I look forward to seeing your trip mate excellent video as usual cheers take care
Excellent work Paul, great memories of a great day, here's tae the next two....Mon the Bangers 😂😂
Cheers Roy! A fantastic day! Looking forward to returning for the 2nd part!!
Great wee trek, I love dams, hate ticks, hate dead drones...missing the Padster, looked like he was having fun there 🐕Is that Loch Mullardoch? 😀 Good Effort Paul & Roy...👊👊👍👍
Cheers Dave! Yeah paddy’s was crawling in those wee buggers! Had to get the tweezers out following day! Wee pesky ticks! What a cracking dam and loch that is! It’s massive! Quite a sight. Been looking at the dronage this week and going to get something after Skye! Yas!!!
A fine day lads. 😎 Still no been there. Think I'll wild camp when I dae the 4 like. ⛺
Good idea Kev! Watched Charlie’s video the other day and it’s a pretty big day out without the ferry! Ooooft!
@@PAADVENTURES1 Aye seen that tae. Him & Mike are a couple o auld mountain goat, machines 🐐
Nice vid, didn't think there was any ticks , didn't think to check.?. I was up there on the 19th May , did the four clockwise. Its an amazing group of hills .. When are you going back to do the other two ? The walk along the loch is easy, mostly good track.
I didn’t get any but wee paddy got loads! I picked loads of him but he had a few bloated ones I missed! Horrible wee things!! Hopefully get back up this year but think I will do the others from iron lodge? Heard that’s a good route? Paul
