In this time, I made Eton Mess.
Personally, eton mess is one of my favorite desserts.
When you pre made meringue and cream, you can make whenever you want!
More specific how-to make will add soon!
☾Ingredients
2 egg whites
80g(1/4cup plus 2Tbsp) sugar
5g(1tsp) vanilla extract
140g(1cup) berries
80g(1/4cup plus 2Tbsp) sugar
30g(2Tbsp) water
100ml(1/3cup plus 1Tbsp) heavy cream
10g(2tsp) sugar
