Subsequently, underwent Basic Military Training for three years at National Defence Academy,Pune.Due to a medical injury,my dream of becoming an officer in the army got shattered but I hope that thru these videos many other aspirants can fulfill their dreams.

What is the black colored cross-belt many Indian army officers wear on their uniform with some insignias and chains on them?
Cross belts are worn by the officers of some infantry regiment like GR, JAKRIF, GARHWAL, MARATHALI and all arty and armoured regiments. So cross belts basically containes the names of battles the fought and won for the country
