HOUSE DANCE - Lotus Variations No.1 (Follow Along) Intermediate

  • Yo guys, hope everything is going well out there.
    Here is the first part of the variations I have prepared for you.
    Some might be harder and some easier, but I challenge you to master all of them and try to implement them into your freestyle.
    Just to make sure I didn´t invent them haha
    I dont know from where I got most of them maybe through watching some battles or routines, but Ive also learnt a lot from Taiki, Maximus & Jardy Santiago. Both of them share amazing content on their youtube channel, so make sure to check them out.
    But of course you can come up with your own variation and feel free to share it, because I would love to learn them.

    Love it. Lot of his videos have a good groovy deep house track in the back ground, but Being in Chicago., He's just straight up pure HOUSE get down. New York all house, but has what makes it New York. Sam with San Fran. Europe always seems just a bit much faster then it needs to be. Maybe it's because he's got great upper body groove that only comes after doing the foot work so many times. House isn't that hard, many of the moves are very similar and just connect very easy. I always thought of it more of an advanced groove. It's really fun to learn because realistically all you need one of the lotus kick out moves, and a just a couple other basic moves and you can go all night long, feel like you're a better dancer then you were, and look good too. I remember finally getting the heal to toe, because that was the move that stood out to me, and it was kind of a bitch to get it, pretty much I wasn't doing 100% correctly, but that, and lick out that you could do in so many variations, some jack and that's all I had with some flavor. I was like real good rolls too. I had just popped the 2nd of 4 or 5 rolls I would take that night, and was gagging and had to go the corner to puke because I wasn't making the bathroom. My friend saw me and told me. Make sure you don't throw up your pill, so I puked in my hand, found the pill, and popped it again. My friend looked at me laughing his ass off saying, "I knew you were gonna do that. Next tho. open your mouth but keep your teeth clinched and throw up thru your teeth and you'll keep your pill in your mouth. That's why if you're gonna go out and roll, and dance. Eat only a couple pieces of bread, because you don't want a full
    belly or and empty one, always bring mints to suck on, gum isnt strong enough. Don't take any shot, or even drink to much liquor until way later in the night to level you off. Booze can make you puke very easy. Never slam water to much or to fast, sip it only. to much water in your belly and moving to much. That''ll make you puke too. Back to my point before I started ranting on the lesson on how to roll properally. After I puked, RE-POPPED the 2nd pill, cleaned my mouth and wiped the nine buckets worth of sweat off my face and started dancing again, all I had was left right kick, heal to toe, and a jack, but got into awesome ROLLING REAL HARD and feeling the beats so well, I my timing was awesome, but I had 3 different people tell me could get down real good. Loved hearing that, but I thought it was so funny because I was like. It's a few variations of the 2 fucking moves. And yes.....rolling does make you dance better.
