El trabajo se ve bien por fuera. Pero tiene poca resistencia. Si en el video se me aniza con hss, quiere decir que están usando un acero dulce en la reparación. El husillo original es de alta resistencia. Al menos debian haber hecho in hieco de 1/3 o menos del diametro de l eje para guia y rellenar todo con soldadura E 10018, que resiste 70 kg/mm2 en traccion o unos 25 kg/mm2 al corte
Should have bored the knuckle center out to the step of the onboard bearing and created a press fit. Weld the shaft back side and at the taper for bearing. That would have given nest chance for repair.
Ok... so now the spindle shaft that broke under normal use is connected by 1/3 of it's diameter or less - with an internal stress riser at its new weakest point? Fella, it's purely terrifying the work you're giving your customers. People are going to end up dead because of the hack work you do. At least this one isn't for an over the road vehicle.
Now let's be honest, you & I both know that was not under normal use. It was most likely overloaded 90% of the time. And, safety is not a concern in that country.
