I love the colors! I call it champagne pink or dusty rose. Lol, yep we all have our own name for that color. I adore those shelves, they are very stylish and clean looking. I've been trying to find a few free standing wall shelves, but no luck so far. The baskets are so, so beautiful. The rectangular one has a nice whitewash on it. It looks very sturdy. I used to do baskets in my bathroom, complete set dark wood with matching green and ivory fabric liners that matched the colors of the walls. 3 sm, med, and lrg and a big laundry hamper. Each had leather handles, I loved that set. I finally decided to change things up so I sold them. Those rugs are gorgeous! I knew you were going to say the gray one you'd put in the kitchen. Lol! Guess I do know you by now. 💜 You can never have enough pretty pillows & blankets. I really like black out curtains. It was a really super decor/furnishings haul. You have such great taste Nikki! You incorporate the right colors exceptionally well, you know what's trending, you shop well & know how to save money and you grade A are superior on taking decor to the next of design. Honey, you really should think about interior design! You'd be perfect. Even if you just went to work for a business, they'd see how much talent you have and possibly intern you. PS. Hi Wendy! Thank you so much for the encouraging words! I definitely am interested in interior design/organization, just wondering how I can use it in a potential future career. I love being able to share affordable home decor on my channel and how I style it to it's fullest. I had those hanging shelves for a long time! You just couldn't see it behind me with my other camera. They're the ikea lack shelves.
I am so glad you made this video 😊 just got my 3 years old a toddler bed also in my room , I had to play with positions for the room to still feel spacious 😉 thank you for the video 🍼👧
Hi Keysha! Yeah it's definitely a transition, and I wanted to make it feel stylish and functional at the same time. Can you describe how your setup looks like?
My set up is super simple: my daughter's bed is parallel to mine, hers is at the left with the girls pup from paw patrol as the theme . What I love is that her bed is a storage bed with 3 nice bottom drawers and the frame is like a small bookcase , she has a cute little seat and a pink mat. My own comforter is beige with purple butterflies and I put a beige side table.
I have enjoyed watching the evolution of you, your life, and style. I like how you styled your place with your daughter in mind. I love those tones and textures too. Great job. I look forward every video you put out. Fellow Hawaii girl in the Pacific NW 😊 It would be so cool if our paths crossed sometime.
