    Amazon announced a new streamlined FBA capacity management system in 2023. For sellers, this means a whole new set of rules to play by if you want to increase your inventory storage limits. Here’s exactly how to do that…
    FBA sell-through rate is the MOST CRITICAL metric that every Amazon seller should be tracking! It measures how well you’ve balanced your FBA inventory over the past 90 days. By actively monitoring your Amazon sell-through rate, you’ll know exactly what needs to be done to improve your restock limits, and IPI Score.
    The Amazon IPI score, or Inventory Performance Index, is a metric that’s used to evaluate a seller's inventory management. In addition to sell through rate, your IPI score takes into account factors such as excess inventory and stockout rates. Together, all these affect your eligibility for certain programs and services, such as the ability to send more inventory to Amazon’s fulfillment centers.
    This is where an Amazon inventory management software can be a valuable tool for sellers who want to streamline their operations and save time. There are several options available, including Amazon's own tools, as well as third-party software such as Jungle Scout’s Inventory Manager. These tools can help you track your inventory levels over time and ensure that you always stay within Amazon's storage and restock limits.
    If you use Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), you'll need to be aware of the capacity limits and inventory limits that apply to your account. Amazon FBA inventory limits can vary depending on your sales volume and the time of year, so it's essential to monitor your inventory levels closely to avoid running out of stock. Additionally, Amazon FBA capacity limits can change at any time, so it's critical to stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies and make adjustments to your inventory levels as needed.
    If you're running out of Amazon FBA inventory or struggling to keep up with Amazon's restock limits, it may be time to reevaluate your inventory management strategy. By following a complete guide to Amazon inventory management (this video) including tracking your sell-through rate, using Amazon inventory management software, and monitoring your Amazon IPI score, you can optimize your inventory levels and ensure that you always have the products your customers want.

    I want to make some drastic changes to my product, How should I sell the new version? Should I make the new version a variant. Should I create a new listing. Should I just wait for my old version to sell out and then put the new version onto that listing.

    • @junglescout
      @junglescout  Год назад

      All methods got their advantages and disadvantages. You can definitely create a new variant under the same listing, and if you made some sales in the past, the Best Seller Rank will be a bit better than the newly launched product.
      Creating a new listing means that this will a brand new product so you might need to invest a bit more to get it to page 1

    Hi Jake, I've got a dilemma I hope you can help with. I've discontinued a colour variation and closed the listing. Now, I'm stuck deciding between deleting the ASIN (worried about losing reviews) or keeping it closed and affecting my IPI in-stock score. What would you do in this situation? Any insights on whether deleting a variation removes its reviews? Your advice would mean a lot. Thank you very much in advance!

    Should you close old listings to help with the in-stock rate?

    • @junglescout
      @junglescout  6 месяцев назад

      You should only delete a listing if you are 100% sure that you are not going to sell that product again in the future. You only have 24 hours to reactivate a deleted listing.

    Would you say A+ content is worth it for a new seller launching thier 1st 500 white label product? Vetted Amazon lawyers are asking 2,000$+ for brand registry

    • @junglescout
      @junglescout  Год назад +2

      Amazon A+ Content is a unique tool inside Seller Central that allows brand owners to create beautifully designed Amazon product descriptions for their Amazon listings!
      Without it, you are limited to 2,000 characters and cannot add any imagery or graphics to the content. And no one wants to read a large block of boring text!

    • @Hasnain-eq5cr
      @Hasnain-eq5cr Год назад

      if you are getting confusion while going with A+ content in begining then just do a research on keywords and manage your title your descriptions your key point eye catching (remember) keyword research and product analyst in very much important.

    Good day sir.
    I want to ask.
    As an individual seller, what happened if I shipped more than 15cubic feet to amazon?
    And how can I calculate the cubic feet?
    Thank you

    • @junglescout
      @junglescout  8 месяцев назад +1

      You may be charged Amazon overage fees. Also, Amazon may also restrict you from sending further inventory until the excess is removed.

    • @iamakinola

      With a new professional account, how many cubic feet can I get ? Do you recommend if I have many about 30cubic feet or about 100pc request in production, should I instead go for professional package?
