That cake looks so lovely. Texture looked soo😍 good!!!!!! That a person could it eat plain with out the deco even. Lol call me old school but i think so.... Just hot from the oven with a dash of butter and a lovely cup of tea. the deco as an added touch for those days when u want a sugary treat or for kids are awesome. We had a cake called Stork beat & back. I knew the recicipe out out og my head but can't remember it. It was so easy to bake, took 3 egss & all the other ingredients were in table spoons, eg 8 table spoons flour. Have never been able to find it again, 😩
Me neither! I also used the recipe and just added cocoa or coffee or whatever. Wish we could find it again.

nope I disagree that uncle is right, the chips don't taste the same anymore because they removed the MSG from the chips, messaries chilli chippies still taste the same
this is my favourite cake. I make but it never comes right. ingredients are correct, technique is right but cake comes out to dense. heartbroken😢
