Would be a cool challenge to have the stream map your controls, and try to beat the game with controls that make no sense and work against you. Or beat the game with only thrown weapons. Havent seen either of those yet.

Yeah, dont get me wrong i enjoy the whole NG+ feature i think its what the game needed to make it more difficult and give the chance to progress right to the screens of imCade or Blitz but there are many things we still wanna see.
easy early game tip is to get any armor set a pebblet spear and go kill 2 soldier ants for the best weapon you can get until black ants unless you go for pinch wacker

So you didn’t need all gold cards in the first place then the game got an update and it got bugged. I guess they fixed it to having it normal again where you don’t need all gold cards
