Used to work With Ben (The Owner) and have also been a couple of times to the restaurant.
Anyone saying "the owner looks like he's on something" is so so ignorant.
This bloke is so passionate and so dedicated to meat stop its inspiring. The man is obsessed in the best way with his restaurant!
Food is always top tier and Ben is an absolute diamond

I can honestly say I have NEVER met a man so passionate about his business, no matter what hurdle this business or life has thrown at him he HAS and will ALWAYS overcome it. He deserves to OWN IT !! His enthusiasm for the place and hard work he has and is putting in is nothing but inspirational.

It's not a diss or a negative thing to say he looks like he's on that good good! It's a compliment. Even if he is hitting it, who cares, he's doing well. Don't judge.
