A glowing work of art Bill. Come on people, let's get Bill to 100K!
Who's Bill?
@@MahkyVmedia1 Wyloch
The printed window scenes are 👌🏻
For the uneven street layout, dont think to much about it. In my city there are a ton of streets that are off a bit for no good reason. Its like the planners started one project. the city hired a second company, and the two sides that where working had poor communication between each other. And honestly feels about right for a cyberpunk city in which some cities could sprout up seemingly overnight and then just grow outwards and inwards.
I drive through a intersection on my daily that is just lower like you get the very clear dipping sensation. but each of the roads that connect to it are unnoticeable different heights from another road
There's a curve in my town that does that. It is...very annoying to have a two lane road suddenly not actually fit two cars side by side.
This is gorgeous work!!! So inspiring man.
I believe your store/appartment windows come to an earthshattering level of hobby cheating that is, without question, worth a chef's kiss. Minimal effort to maximum output is the optimum that EVERYONE should strive for. You are eternally a champ at this. Beautiful work, and your storytelling over it shows what a rock solid GM you must be.
Really love this. Cyberpunk has always been my favorite setting.
You're not artistic? Then you'd better stop making stuff like this! Nobody says you have to be able to draw something perfectly to be an artist! Your dioramas showcase your artistic talent! That being said I loved every second of this video and this build! It is so cool and awesome! It definitely makes me want to play your cyberpunk game even though I've only just started playing DnD! Two thumbs way up Wyloch!
You are creazy man in best meaning of course. I would never be able to do such an impresive work.
Very awesome, I’m not a crafter at all, but I’ve watched your videos and tried making little ‘scenes’ as a form of ptsd therapy and I highly enjoyed my time making things with your video instructions, never would have thought I would get into it but thanks a lot for your videos!👍🏼
Calls those streets nearly post apocalyptic, I’d love to drive where he drives, those streets look like the norm around here.
Excellent work Bill, as always. There's many ways to skin a cat with the electronics - a wire wrap tool helps immensly, but - what I *loved* in this video was the graphics 1" back from the windows, then embedding an LED between. Have you considered some UV Paint and picking out a line or two in each of those brackets, then putting a UV LED next to your colored LED's in the windows?
Also LOVED the packing you used to disperse the focused light of the LED's. Wonderful stuff.
Holy cow is this build more impressive than anything I have ever seen. Amazing work! And this is the first time I have heard about your cyberpunk Role playing game you’re developing, as a shill for all things cyberpunk I eagerly await the release of this book and will most definitely buy it.
Agreed. I hope there is a video announcing its release!
Great build Bill, love all the details that went into this project. The old cell phone for the billboard was an awesome effect! 🤘
Amazing voice over dude! Sounds fucking coooooool 🤘
@@r1ck5m1th thanks bud, it was fun being a part of such a cool build!
This is fantastic! I haven't dared scratch building actualy cyberpunk buildings, always thinking it should look sleek and perfect, but the brutalist approach works so well!
Fantastic build! I really like the idea of making the street set modular with building with different facades being able to be dropped in as they have the same footprint. Think I'll be trying that in a build now.
That’s probably the best cyberpunk diorama I’ve seen! Well done!!!
Man I love it when youtube doesn't tell me when a person I subscribed to uploads for weeks.
Susan sure does care about smaller youtubers.
Yup there is something flagged wrong behind my channel, has been for years, results in absurdly low view counts.
between you, Eric's Hobby Workshop and Real Terrain Hobbies I have finally decided to make a mega cyberpunk game board. I expect it to take me over a year, it is currently #3 in my crafting queue.
I like the breaks in the roads, to get away from the post apocalypse, you could use some filler or spackle to fill a few of the cracks, and then paint them. This would look like the repaired asphalt on damaged streets. Here where I live in the mountains, the roads are more streaks of repair tar, than original gravel within 10 years of surfacing a road, worse if it is close to the River. I think an always raining heavily trafficked city in a Cyberpunk setting could take on that same effect.
This is just too fantastic. Beautiful diorama, love it. 👍
This is definitely art. I loved the journey through the city scape. Great job!
This video is a wealth of fantastic tips for Dioramas of all types, not just a Cyberpunk one. It's definitely being saved for future reference.
I was especially impressed with the printing your own custom decals bit, the way you F- sorry M ucked it up the first, time then read the instructions and got it right the second time. You made that mistake so we don't have to :)
Very informative and entertaining 5⭐'s
let us know when this game system launches, we want in, lock and load boys and gurls, were going in! Awesome work and lighting.
This is awesome for a diorama and beyond awesome for a gameboard. Outstanding and inspiring!
"I don't know whats going on with me this year" ... classic Wyloch
This is like the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. Great job top to bottom, sir.
I kept wondering when the video was going to start and then told myself to shut up so I could hear the story. Looks absolutely Phenomenal!
What a fun and well done project! I really love a good cyberpunk scene.
Lead bassist of Chrome here, thanks for featuring the band, punk. Cool build. Stay real, chum.
Really enjoyed this build!
This looks so cool. I love the Cyberpunk style a lot. All the small details (like the sushi!!) are really neat. I both want and don't want to live here haha
I have become jaded with all the Cyberpunk build videos but I thought "You have a sad empty meaningless life -watch the damn video!" So I did. Man, this is a BIG step above the other builds I have seen and the added lighting is spot on. It was a lot of work on your part but it really paid off. Good luck with the game!
This may be the best of your videos I've seen so far
Truly great build. The mix of lights, surface tonalities, and the phone video screen all add up to excellence
While I am in awe as to what you create visually, your explanation of the lore surrounding these builds just adds to the magic of your creations, every project that you take on takes even more meaning because of what you add to the project as a host. There are many creators of terrain, buildings, D & D, and other fantasy builds, however, you are the best because of your creativity and your personality and realism....
Wow!! Excellent work, as always!
Flash back to old school cyberpunk and shadowrun. Nicely done!
This is a beautiful build! Thanks for sharing your process and work!
I Love this build now I have more inspiration to build for Cyberpunk as i run a game for a group thank you so much.
Those anchors are for tile. I use them all the time at work.
Well, 2022 starts strong! :D
While i love all of it, and specially the vignette scenes, i am announcing that i will shamelessly steal that trick for the windows for when i have something appropriate to use it on
This is a great video for a cool looking terrain set. As ever, the card cutting is very neat and creative. The interiors are a really smart idea.
"The slidewalks in the street
The concrete and the clay beneath my kicks
Begins to crumble
But tech will never die
Because we'll see the corporations tumble
Before we say goodbye"
Awesome! Those LED windows and decals are great ideas!
You are a master of terrain, my friend
Absolutely stunning
You have outdone yourself! Nice art piece.
The use of an old iPhone is a great idea! I may incorporate something similar into one of my future builds 😀
this it´s your best work for me, it´s a perfect work, man
Excellent build! So many great ideas, well executed. Cheers!
this project can only be summed up in a quote from The Incredibles: "That was totally wicked!"
Really amazing work Sir, Happy 2022 and I hope your game system takes off as well!
Great job, very inspirational.
Awesome build!
I used to watch a lot of the "crafting guys" here on RUclips but I unsubscribed from all of them and now only watch your videos. I do this because you are consistent and consistently good at fabricating some truly inspirational creations. I personally love cyberpunk and hope to see some 3d printable True Tiles that fit within the genre. i can also completely relate on how something as small as being 1/4" off can be incredibly irritating. Believe me, I get it. So until next time, make things, play games and keep up the excellent work.
Thank you kindly
Really nice build! I love the sushi shop and the gun display window!
Amazing piece!
That's some preem cityscape, choom!
Very cool! The police mech fits right in too!
Looks Awesome
So happy you came back after your long abscence i missed your content so much. Continue the great work you are doing , and very solid build for cyperpunk , you got me interrested in something else than dnd.
Wow man, fantastic work. Don't know how you're going to top this, but I can't wait to find out
Wow. Best Piece to date! Love the vids.
This is stunning man. Awesome job 👍.
Reminds me a bit of the series altered carbon. With the lights and the layout.
Excellent build! I'll be using your techniques to build my zombie - poc terrain builds. Great work!
Using stock photos to make the interiors of the building is a really clever trick! When I first saw it I thought it was 3D
Very cool, my man! 👍🏻
Epic! I used an old video photo frame as an video advert
Great job as always Bill! Layering corrugated cardboard is no joke. We made usable furniture out of the stuff in one of my 3d Design classes in college. Also, the Collin voice-over was amazing 👏
This was an awesome and big build !
Got damn does my day get better with new Wyloch videos 🤩👍
“To cheat my way into the scene” 😂😂😂💪🏼🎯👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼⚡️❤️⚡️
Holy crap! This is awesome
This is dope. Excellent as always choomba!
GREAT video, man... love it.
I freakin love this build!! It's inspired me to do some post apoc scatter with fallen signs, partially still lit. The method for dispersing the light is very effective! Always learn something new and game-changing from your content. Cheers!!
This was very cool , thank you , my son and l are planning to make a Star Wars Legion type city scape using the things you showed us here. Thank you.
Pavement is my favorite craft paint
Same
I can’t wait to see more. From VA Beach
I was half expecting a silver arm! 🤣
Dope 👌🔥 I wanna try wiring some little lights one day 😎
Just got a chance to watch this one. OMG...THAT WAS TOTALLY WICKED!! Your creativity is inspiring. Now, where do I start MY project?
Very cool! The window scenes are a great idea. The game, The Ascent, uses exactly the same idea for its street level, non playable interiors!
Great work as always.
Damn that's sweet..... very nice work.
Very, very cool!
Omg I need more videos like this
Awesome!!
Fantastic
Interesting use of our 3D printed parts there! Is see there from our Greebles STL packs?
Great use of LEDS too!
I like the display. Gives me an idea for using my old cell phones. Ok, no wife beater shirts. I almost spit out my food when I saw Hack the Gibson. Where did you get the files for the grebblies? Some really great ideas. Thanks for sharing.
Pretty damn sweet!
This is perfect for Gaslands!
Amazing.
I love this!
BADASS!
Wicked awesome build, Bill! Defo intrigued by your proposed game, as I have a few of those Novus Landing models myself, and they just don't fit with some of the other games I've been into lately (scale's a bit bulky), but they would seem to incorporate better into a cyberpunk theme.
The "night-sweats" are bad... but the night meat-sweats are worse!!!
Love the diorama and monolog collaboration... could have done without the secure-team music though... I guess Vangelis music would be a copyright strike.
I suddenly want to see you do cyberpunk cosplay.
Beautiful! Reading instructions? That's for amateurs! LOL :)
Awesome
