Funny you should mention. I saw Iggy for the first time in 1982 with a crowd of about 100 people. They played for almost 3 hours, defying commercial failure, critics, and everything else. His intensity was off the charts, and for me, it was a life changing experience.

I was buying The Stooges albums before David Bowie's interaction which undisputedly exploded his career into becoming the multi-millionaire he always wanted to be.
