My back feels sore after using this chair. Despite trying all the settings this chair is too uncomfortable. The lumbar support is too aggressive. Everyone I know who bought this chair ended up returning it for the same reason. Even when offered a 100$ rebate to keep tje chair, they still returned it.

Well, today was my first day working with this chair. It needs a little bit of work to find the perfect config but.. its my first day in years with no lumbar pain.

This chair is so complex that I actually had to search for this video to understand how to fix it to my liking!
Only thing I would really like to see added is the possibility to adjust the head rest forward as well instead of just the tilt 0:12
